never forget the indian summers in good ole America ... btw I finally packed up my 50 year old restored Gazelle Holland bycicle and finished a 300 mile loop incl the full length of the north sea baltic sea canal in three days, doing some highly illegal wild camping along the way ... most fun I had outside for a long time... and I blame it all on you, Ryan ... your videos made me think hey you gotta bike and gear so lets get going... and I did .... thank you for the inspiration!!!
Our fall colors are green all the cactus 🌵 and citrus trees are nice and green and starting to love the cooler weather.. 😆... We are in Yuma Arizona... Still 90 degrees though 😥 lol
Had my own 36 hour getaway to the Eastern Sierra outside Bishop & the Fall colors there are spectacular. California Aspen ! You should explore those mountains someday Ryan - true beauty !
Dear Ryan, your videos are soothing for the soul and a great antidote to the craziness we see on a daily basis. Aside for ma passion of biking, the energy, kindness and positivity you exude on each and every vids you prepare for us has me hooked to your channel and keeps me coming back. It is like you as a person reconcile me with mankind but we need more "' Ryan Van Duzer"" in this world. Simple living, caring about your surroundings and the people around you are values that need to come back to to the mass. No more of this greed and ""me"" toxicity for all. Your work is much appreciated and kindness is contagious... We all need to spread it around... Best, your Canadian friend.
Ryan I started watching your videos for the first time about two years ago BC(before Covid 😀) I am from the small twin island of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. Your videos inspired me to start riding. Now I am riding 3-4 times commuting to work , and at least once a month doing trail biking. So thanking so much , your videos calmed my soul, at a time I really needed it and helped to get healthier. Take care of yourself and continue to live your life to the fullest, and we will watch what you share. You are one one of a kind ryan. See you out there!!
Great attitude without a doubt. When your out in the middle of nowhere by yourself, it seems like all your followers are with you so your not really alone. You will be my motivation to do something like this.
Oh man, just saw this. I live and commute from above Jamestown on my bike, but still so sweet to watch you enjoying our home from the saddle in the classic places. Thank you for this RVD.
Im in arvada...when the wind hit earlier and the leaves were blowing everywhere it was magnificent. I'm originally from south texas and grew up never experiencing fall
Riding during the week is the best. Everybody else is at work. I haven't been on a real bike in about one and a half years, I need a two wheel fix. A beautiful place to ride. Lots of variety dirt, paved, elevation, water, views and a stuck Nissan. Fun, Fun, Fun.
Thank you Ryan. What a beautiful backyard. You inspire me and it is because of you and those videos that i rode more than 1000 km this year to work with my bike. Thank you so much. I wish you all the best.
The Boulder Tourism should be giving you a lil sumthin sumthin because for those of us who have never visited Boulder, we all sure want to because of you. Beautiful region.
Ryan- I'm so happy that downer feeling you had earlier in the year has passed. You have such a fantastic attitude, appreciating the simple things in life. Whether you realize it or not, we are super jealous and can only dream to have the appreciation and gratitude for life you express each day. Also, the colors in Utah this year are fire.
Sweet! Thanks buddy. I needed my colorful Colorado aspen tree fix. Bummed that I missed the season this year, when I was there in early September. Cheers! 😊
Every time i see someone blowing up an air mattress i'm happy i bought one that is a foot pump within the pillow. So awesome. You look super cozy in the tent. I actually like cold weather camping. way to go. Such a beautiful video.
Stunningly beautiful! That is an envious back yard you have there. We should all be so lucky. Mine is not so nearly grandiose, but lovely in another way. I love transition seasons so much texture and flavor in the air. Ride on bike embassador !
Time for another adventure, lets goooo! Dusty/Dirt is awesome! I love aspen trees too, back in 2005 I did a survival school trip, we went through a huge Aspen forest it was amazing! Frosty morning. Yikes, that car! Its been a while since a bikepacking trip, was tons of fun to see you do one again.
Thank you for the excellent tip of putting the clothes in the bottom of the sleeping bag. My only worry is my fairy stinky feet.!! Though I do always bring special socks just for sleeping.
dude with the guitar ... that chance encounter.... I lived in so many countries around the globe and these kinda encounters r rare and therefore precious moments in life ... they seem to be meaningless but there r two people bonding over something beautiful... getting all mushy here 🤣
My family and I, along with some friends stayed in a cabin just outside of Nederland about 6 years ago, very neat little town. Watching this brings back some good memories of my one day of riding there. I went on Magnolia Rd, then on into Boulder, over to and up Flagstaff to the top, back down to Boulder, and through town.
What a great way to start my Monday. Your name came up at my club ride yesterday. Michael said he did Ragbrai this year and I told him about your adventure across the corn state. He said he would check out your channel as well as your Iowa adventure. Thanks Ryan....
I never appreciated your filmmaking until I got into Videography. I used to be into your journeys for the stories, but now I get the benefit of both! Thanks for your dedication! Keep it up!
1:30am here in Oregon and I wanted some positivity in my world, and as always you delivered, in the morning I'll get on my bike and head to the Autumnal hills - So much love amigo, thanks for the inspiration and so much ❤ for the love you spread! óle, óle, óle, óle!
Was recently out documenting a trip backpacking in the Sierras and man the trees in October!! It's just mind blowing how yellow they are, thanks for taking me back there.
Love the quality of your videos and content. You provide so much motivation to keep moving. We made the trip this Spring to Boulder and rode the bikes up the canyon and Chapman Drive. What a beautiful place to live! Thank you!
We have some superb fall colors in mid/southern Illinois right now. The reds, orange, and yellows are popping. Probably hitting peak in a week or so.... thanks for the great video Ryan.
Videos like yours really make me look forward to spring. It will be so nice to get to do some bikepacking again, but right now it's winter and everything is frozen!
I missed that place back there I love'em. I love the scenery at planet earth part and very grateful for that 🙏. Thank you Ryan for this amazing video. I love it!👍buddy Stay peace ✌️bro!

Kids with me did few of our daily adventures on the Des Plaines River Trail and enjoyed the fall colors. Literally, its our back yard that we take bikes and hope on the trail. There is few back roads with nice ravines that people don' t know that these exist. Nice quite single tracks. Thanks for sharing your adventures. As always my kids loved it. Best to Uncle Duzer.
Hi Ryan from sunny Queensland Australia, rode my bike today and miss Colorado 30+years in Peublo and great trails. Great attitude dude keep the videos coming.

I love you talking about backyard adventures. It’s inspiring. I had to be for work in a town 150miles away from home last monday. So instead of getting up at 6am on Monday to sit in the train and be tired, I got up at 6am on Sunday and at almost 15mph plus some resting I arrived their in the evening and had a great meeting the next day. I hope the company covers the hostel bill, if not maybe health insurance should 😅
Another excellent adventure! My back yard too! But I’ve spent the last two autumns away (France - this year, New England - last year; shed no tears) but now I’m homesick. Thanks for that! Love love love Colorado!!!
Great mini adventure. That frame bag color is outstanding. Makes you really standout. Just did and overnighter to Elmore Vermont. Leaves were beautiful and peak has passed her in Northern Vermont. Looking forward to some winter adventures. Thanks for the video and take care, Al
