Another amazing vlog! Has anyone ever told you that you’re doing great things connecting elite athletes to us mere mortals?! Can’t wait for the interviews on the run club channel 👍
thanks for the support, Andy!
The runner’s weekend videos are my favorite, so much positive energy 👍
I love making these
hey man great to finally meet you in person! next time the weather will be better 🤣! glad we could at least get some brews! keep up the great work!
We NEED that Kofuzi X Canaday colab!!
great to finally meet you! hope to see you in Europe
Runner's Weekend is my inspiration to run everyday. Thank you so much for making this content to me. Forever support. Fan from Thailand
thanks so much!
Great video, Mike. What a great experience to be able to interact with the athletes. I met Makenna last year at the Bellin Run in Green Bay, she was very friendly. I agree with you that sponsors should do more to get athletes to interact and mingle with fans of the sport. I'm happy you're able to share this with us. Thank you!
Thanks for watching!
Mike! This vid had it all. Boulder fit. Boulder friends. Boulder food. But Boulder karaoke with Serious Runner and Sage-would have been Boulder rocks!
Hahaha!
Looks like you guys had an amazing weekend!! The forest fires in Canada kinda messed up my running schedule for a couple of days (NY/NJ area), but I am back on schedule and glad to note that I actually might have improved because of it!
Glad to hear it!
Forreal dude i feel the pain, today was amazing though!
Me too, I ran once with a mask and then couldn’t handle it for two days. Even inside was bad air quality! I we took a few more easy days to let the kings recover and now we’re back at it.
Hope you were/are safe!
Lived in Breckenridge for a summer and spent a good amount of time in BoCo. Loved my time there, tied with Flag for the best running town in the US.
still have not yet made it out to Flagstaff. hopefully I can do that soon
Great production! Runners have a great connection. You brought this out so well!! Made me want to be there!! Thanks for sharing this special experience!
Thanks for watching!
Great Vlog! Thank you!!! Nice to see you all together! 🏆
Seems like it was a hell of a good time ❤ i love your running shoes vids but these travel vlogs are insanely good!
Just found you love this! Another added to my running playlists! Thanks for the content!! WOOT!!
That looked like an awesome weekend. More inspiration for me to keep running and making good connections. And love the tagline for this experience: "Good running, good views and good people". I might need to steal that. 😀
Yet another fantastic video. 👍🏃🏻♂️🌲😎
These are my favorite running videos. So good. Keep up the awesome work.
Thanks so much! These are my favorite kind of video to make

Thanks for watching!
Your Runner's Weekend videos are my favorite - hands down. They are really entertaining. These videos also help me stay motivated during marathon training blocks and the daily grind. Thank you for making these videos.
Thanks for watching! These are my favorite kind of video to make these days
Another great video for Runner's Weekend. I've only run and hiked around the Denver area and I need to check out Boulder when I get a chance. Thanks for producing this content Cousin Ko!
Hope you can get up there soon!
🎉🎉 superb! Can’t wait for the subsequent contents!
Congratz! Amazing this video. Thank you.

This seemed like such a fun weekend with so many cool people. Love to see it
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful work
thank you
Never miss the Runner’s Weekend and this time is super awesome
Thanks so much!
Boulder Creek Path is so awesome! The mountain runoff makes the temps so much cooler! Beautiful run!
Running the downhill with the flow of the water is really nice
Just found your channel today. Loving the runners weekend series !!!
Thanks for watching!
@@kofuzi Now that you have traveled and ran all over the country and abroad. Is there a favorite city/state you prefer?
Great video Ko. I actually wanted it to be longer, as I was really enjoying it. Thanks!
Hopefully I will be able to return soon for a sequel
@@kofuzi you always save some for the sequel
That sweat drenched shirt is the vibe! So funny. Looks like a great trip! Love seeing the positivity with the whole running community.
it was a good trip!
Great video as always!
Thanks Mark!
Love your vids kofuzi!
Awesome video. Enjoyed this
thanks for watching!
oh wow great to see Coach Nate from Run Experience!
So beautiful scenery. I wish i could train there forever
same.
Wow. Great to see you were in my hood, Mike! Love running up Boulder Creek path. I run there every Saturday morning with my daughter and our three dogs. Come back again soon!
I will!
Wooooow! Great footage! Another awesome work! 👏👏👏👏👏🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝
thanks so much!
Wow, what a magnificent trip , as you say it had everything . :)
it really did
Love your content!!
Thank you!
Awesome recap video Ko
It's funny nowadays to see runners getting way off course when there is so much great tech available to keep you on path. I would think between all these people one person would have a watch capable of downloading the route. Or at least using the phone to see where the trail is. But it is always fun to explore and find new adventures with great friends.
I've pretty much tested them all, but I've never met a gps watch that is kofuzi-proof.
Awesome event! Love the content!
Thanks so much!
What an amazing few days! Glad you enjoyed Boulder! That 3-mile loop near Harper Lake is where I do my threshold work. Too bad you could interview Morgan after his workout. He is hilarious!
I’m hoping I can catch up with him some other time soon
Great footage as always! I’m glad I got to see you and that you enjoyed my backyard (even with the lack of air 😂)
great to see you again!
Finally got around to finishing this after hoarding it for home and the TM. So the trouble you had sleeping, @kofuzi? Imagine that at 8000 ft, which is why we're planning to move from where we live now, with regrets about so many things we love. Probably headed for SD but Boulder is the other temptation though it only solves the elevation issue by 1/3…albeit a crucial 1/3. There are always tradeoffs, but when you never adjust enough to sleep great, that’s kind of a no-brainer. Thanks for another great Runners Weekend vlog.
SD is hard to say no to
Glad to see you running in those Trabuco Max 2’s. I can’t wait for your review.
Soon
Love the video. Also that Ventilate Actibreeze shirt looks legit!
it's a bit short in the trunk, but I love the material. I could wear it every day.
What a great recap! Looking forward to those interviews! Thx for bringing us along on this trip.
Thanks for watching!
Hail’s a good excuse for beer. What a great trip!
It really is
It's hard to not watch these videos and just wanna go run man. Always enjoy these bro. 👍🏾
Thanks so much!
Great recap as always Ko! Looked like such a fun filled weekend
Can we have a Runner's Weekend every weekend? Love these videos and nice to see you meet up with Sage and Serious. Is there going to be a video on that conversation?
that conversation wasn't recorded. once it's beer time, anything I record typically doesn't have audio.
Can't wait to visit Boulder!
Such a fun place
Wow it looked like a blast! I really enjoy Betasso. Being originally from the Chicago burbs, I’d say it’s relatively more runnable for me than the steeper stuff 😬 Can confirm that the casual talks of joining gnarly races is a thing. Thanks for sharing!
Hope I can try Betasso next time
Thanks!
Great content!!!
Thanks so much!
Welcome to Colorado. What a cool event! FOMO! Sounds like you had a great time.
Perfect running trip
🔥👍👍🔥 Great video. The first place I ever ran on trails.
That’s quite an introduction to trail running
this looked so fun! I wanna visit the Skratch cafe one day! non running related question, which clip-on mics were you using? 😊
DJI mic
Great Video again Kofuzi-Boomshanka!
I love Vivo barefoots and Ive ran in them for 10 yrs now and they allow me to run with my Mortons Neuroma without having had surgery, but was wondering if there are any minimal Asics options? Im getting very tempted to start running in Asics Boston tiger/ 66 New Mexico.
I’m not sure there are ASICS minimalist running shoes. Perhaps the Hyperspeed or something like the DS Trainer are the closest (not sure if they even still make that one)
😍❤️from Malaysia 🇲🇾
✌️
Looks like a fun time.
Nice recovery there with " My wife's Granola" comment!!! Great Vlog!
she makes good granola
Hey buddy - loving the content as always, thanks so much and keep up the great work. I will be for Chicago Marathon this year, super excited and I would like to vlog some footage during the race - have you never had any problems in the past doing this? Just due to the official rules saying it’s prohibited, so that left me a little worried, nobody is actually gonna ask me to step off the course for discreetly whipping out my insta360 for a few seconds here and there? Lol
You’re a huge inspiration to us mortal runners, what’s that shirt at 14:28?
I’m 60, I have the EPIX2, but 51mm Epix pro is for anyone that needs a larger font to be able to see. You guys are youngens, so anything below 51 mm is fine with you. The 965, which I don’t have, I believe has a larger font. I also have the AW Ultra, the EPIX Pro makes me feel like pro.
Looks like it was a great time. I like to visit there sometime.
Highly recommend
Another great running weekend! Question, how does one fly in to Boulder Colorado and just start running at altitude? Did you need a few days to acclimate beforehand or were you good to go? Thanks.
You just have to be short of breath the entire time. The whole trip was only four days
Oh cool! You got to hang out with Nate Helming! I miss that guy but looks like he's doing well with Fleet Feet
I miss him on TH-cam too. But it’s been good to be able work with him in other ways
Long shot… 13:25 where did you get that shirt from?!
Great video as alwasys KO, what trail is that at 21:25 along the river?
boulder creek path
Yo, what’s going on!!! All I need to know is How many takes did it take you and Stephen to not laugh it off? If it was just ONE you’re totally a natural for this 🙈😆😆😆. What a week 👍🏼
Two takes, but we only needed one
A Serious Runner cameo was a classic
Laura Green is one of the funnier Content Creators
My SQYD SZN( Sydney ) tshirt is a favorite of mine
The Asics jacket was sweet
Another great Runners Weekend production
I feel like the sqyd szn shirt is going to be extra collectible now that he doesn’t run with glasses
Mike great video, can I suggest you blow out your camera sensor, looks dirty on the Mountain shots
It’s extremely dirty
Hey Mike, were you running in the Trabuco 2 shoes on trail? How were they? Are they like the Novablast?
looks like the trabuco max 2 (orange/yellow/black colorway)
I really like the Trabuco Max 2. It’s like a mix between novablast and nimbus but for the trail. Surprisingly good
Thanks for taking us along to Boulder👍Really enjoyed it!
Isn’t this also where Google is headquartered?🤔
Best wishes from India🙏
I think pretty much every city has some sort of google offices. There’s a big office closer to home for me in Chicago as well.
@@kofuzi I live in Delhi and there are multiple offices around here as well 👍
Agreed with good,good and good...
Runners ASMR when Kofuzi records the gravel crunching underfoot
It’s a great sound
hope you do Salt Lake City soon.
Wow i like the superheros thumbnail ❤
Coach Nate from The Run Experience used to be a body builder. Maybe a workout session with him some day? That would be a cool collab.
That would be fun
Stephen Gnoza no results found 😂
Wouldn’t serious runners run in hail …would look great on strava 😉😉
Fantastic video really embodied the whole experience
there was a much older guy who was starting out a hike as the three of us were debating what the weather was going to do. he was definitely out there just putting in the work while we were heading off to the brewery
@@kofuzi 😂😂 love it
good stuff..
Thanks Matthias!
Cool to see you connect with Sam Long. Followed him for awhile on TH-cam. The TH-cam dots connecting. 😂
It was nice to meet him. He knows his shoes
7:04 what are those shoes? Are they Japan 5?
Classic CT
Have you been to Horse Tooth in Fort Collins?
never been to Fort Collins before
OAC cameo in the final seconds!!
Hopefully we can connect the next time I’m in town
Great video. I would have liked to know the names of the trails you explored. You never mentined the names.
um, I got us all lost. so, I have no idea.
Oh,ok. I assumed you had your GPS on and checked the route after the run, so that's why I asked. 😊
Altitude wrecks your sleep. I didn’t sleep good for several weeks when I first moved to Colorado.
I’ve only been at altitude a few times, but sleep and motion sickness are generally worse
I'm a simple man. If I see Emma Bates, I like. 😂
I have never been to a gym. I want to know what I am missing. Give me some tips and some training that you do
Soon
I have been watching your videos lately and have you been a vegetarian/ vegan forever? If not, what made you decide to and how did you get started?
I’m pescatarian at this point. Been this way for almost 8 years. My vertigo was incredibly bad until I restarted running and also changed diet at the same time. I don’t know which one did the trick, so I stick with both.
@@kofuzi I get vertigo as well and just recently began enjoying running. I am 30. Wife and I plan to do our first 1/2 marathon in September. Hopefully we get in good enough shape to finish within time cap lol. Started watching your videos based on shoes and started watching more because I enjoy them. I should go pescatarian that is a diet I would enjoy! Also, been running in On cloud cloud flyer and didn’t know about shoes and shoes with plates until recently. My right ankle and calf sometimes hurts but hoping it strengthens. Ordered a pair of Hoka Mach 5 that I am going to start using for daily training and Saucony endorphin pro for race day shoes. Hopefully going to the Mach 5 since they are not plated will help strengthen it more. Thanks for the reply and keep up the good work!
That’s the way I really run 🏃🏽♂️ Like Thomas 😂
do you ever do fan meetups? would love to do a group run with you!
yes. sign up to join the free Kofuzi Run Club strava group. We do shakeouts at a lot of the big city races. Next one will be in Atlanta for Peachtree Road Race, then perhaps a couple of European locations over the summer (TBD), and then Chicago, New York, and CIM.
www.strava.com/clubs/kofuzi-run-club-683450
Good morning from Bangkok, Thailand
Good morning!
is there such thing as an easy 5 miler, at 8300 plus feet ??
definitely maybe
It’s easy if you try hard enough
Hey! I saw you sometimes wear two watches while running. Why?
I don’t like to run with a phone
