Probably the same way it's celebrated outside most non-Anglo-Saxon countries: like an import festivity, in its most commercial shapes XD
Yeah, we also kinda celebrate it in Russia, but there always are people who are against it and wonder why we have accepted this celebration. It's usualy celebrated in linguistic courses, for example.
Yep, I can't say I don't enjoy Halloween, but I'm sure I don't really know what it is about. I've only come to know it through media, in a probably distorted way
My mom recently vacationed in Korea during the October month. She says many of the youth, like people in their 20s, 30s would party. She returned before Halloween but she believes kids don’t trick or treat. Makes sense since many city folks live in apartments and I’m not sure there will be willing participants. Not sure about the suburb areas. But stores will have Halloween decorations.
