Ho visto un tuo commento in cui dicevi quanto la versione coreana ti piacesse più di quella italiana (che per me non è malaccio), e ho ascoltato piena di aspettative, che non sono state deluse!
I cantanti hanno una voce molto caratteristica, che scorre bene con la canzone e la fa sembrare ancora più antica e tradizionale. Anche la traduzione è perfetta :D
Eheh sono contenta che ti sia piaciuta ^-^ Mi piace molto come le voci dei due cantanti si mescolino così bene tra di loro (cosa che non ho sentito molto in diverse altre versioni, devo ammettere). Però la mia preferita, finora, è la versione francese europea, ti consiglierei di andarti ad ascoltare anche quella, se ne hai voglia ;)
I think romanization of 으 to u with that symbol is easier rather than using eu. Same case with 어.
Well I think every song of Moana in Korean is great! I hope that you can provide translation for Know Who You Are in Korean :)
Yes, I don't like much the "official" transliteration of Korean, I think it can be extremely confusing, expecially for those who are not familiar neither with the language nor the transliteration system itself. That's why I rather use the "older" system (with a few adjustments). I love so bad the Korean version of this movie! >//< And I'm no doubt going to translate that song too :3

0:44 oh I'm kinda confused about the meaning in the english version now (the original one I mean, not the translation in this video) "and when it's time to find home, we'll know the way." in the korean version "home" is a new island, but I always though the english version meant that part as in: "we know the way back home when we long for it" and now I'm not sure if I understood the english version correctly.
interesting... for me the meaning of the sentence "and when it's time to find home, we'll know the way" would be like they are good at looking for a new home. Like they are good at sailing and discovering but when they decide to settle down, they are good at finding the best spot. So then even the korean version would make sense. But it can mean both things.
