      JoshIsOn
This guy isnt using pedals. But if you want a similar tone you can use reverb, delay, and chorus, but you could use vibrato instead of chorus depends on what you like dude , also the chords hes playing are very dreamy on theyre on, you could bend the guitar or use a wamy bar because this guy is also bending all the strings as he plays them . Its not complicated.

Mind blowing how Satie started this musical revolution that didn't start gaining momentum until the 80's. If anyone is interested in songs that take advantage of these type of chord progressions check out: Accept Yourself by The Smiths, Meaningless by Whirr, Sea Swallow Me by Harold Budd and The Cocteau Twins, Plastic Flowers by The Wake, Head In The Ceiling Fan by Title Fight, I Need A Doctor by The Drums, Lessons by Beach Fossils, Don't Summarize My Summer Eyes by Bibio, Anything by Diiv.

I want to be able to play the saddest most haunting beautiful things and tones, but I also want to be able to play the most haunting happy, dreamy sounds ever, like way crazy over the top..just take what already exists and go on even further into emotional territory.. I also want to get a real "wet" watery sound, like water drops, kind of like "twinkling stars" just the sweetest most nostalgic tones ever, the stuff the ladies love..I have heard this tone a couple times before, but I dont know who played it or what song or style.. kind of like this, kind of like surf, but even more sugary and wet...I am kind of a sound pioneer, I suppose.. any ideas? I dont have any money to buy more gear, I can tell you what I do have next time.. if you want to give me some brief ideas on how to totally maximize it..
