Very familiar with all of these towns. I live near Ada. Really cute small college town. Recently completely renovated their downtown. Good friend lives in Blackwell. If you are moving to Nardin, you will be in Blackwell a lot. LOL. A bit too north for me. And of course centrally located Geary (281/40) is ok. Ada is by far the best town out of the three. Some amazing mansions are on Kings road in Ada. Looks like Beverly Hills. I own several houses in OK and own houses in CO and CA and I was very surprised that the property tax and sales taxes are worse in OK than both of those more blue states. But you can't go wrong moving to a rural OK town. It's a gorgeous state with great people.

Having lived in Oklahoma, make sure there is a storm shelter, or a basement of some sort on the property
