108 Sun Salutations | International Yoga Day 2021

Sharing with you a glimpse on how we celebrated peacefully the #InternationalYogaDay2021 with 108 Sun Salutations, (most) our first ever! That Sunday morning brought light and energy back into my life. There came a point when I thought I could not make it back to the mat because of easy fatigability and tachycardia. And so I took my time and gave my body the rest it calls me for. Now I tried to get on the mat and trusting the process. Still holding on to where and why I started this beautiful journey in which wonderful souls I have been blessed. The light in me honors the light in each and everyone of you. Thank you for sharing your energy and light every day to me, beautiful yogis! Love & Light :)
