    Is their a. Place to just get the wires with plugs. Heat cartridge and thermocouple

    What size plug does the heater cartridge use? Mine is damaged

      sorry, not very clear about your question, you mean heating tube ? the voltage is 12v for CR-10S pro( i'm not sure your model) . if you have any quesitons, please contact our tech support: cs@creality.com

    I bought a printer a month ago and I’m already having troubles.
    Mid print the Bowden Tube popped off.
    Now it won’t print.

      Sounds exactly like my experience. Had to immediately upgrade the bowden retaining clip. I was not happy at the need to do that.

      Did you replace the coupler? The bit that holds the Bowden tube comes off easily when it's damaged. Buying a new one completely changes the grips on the tube and it doesn't pop off anymore. I know I'm a month late, but I hope you found a way to fix it!

      I so agree with you. In one month I just had a collection of "small" issues one after the other. I am terribly disappointed by the overall quality of this printer (and amazed that assembly and QA could be that POOR). Technical support is just a joke, ridiculous.
