All you guys hating is because you already have your older model breakouts and it’s how you cope with knowing the gasser wheels and the new rigid frame and design and new M8 is where it’s at for 2018 . I’m glad I waited because I love my 2018 breakout. I was gonna get a 2017 with chrome turbines . Turbine wheels don’t even look right on the 2018 body lines . The gasser rims pop perfectly with the new bike . They look fast on it with the polished lip . Most reviews say its night and day between handling . The old breakout is looser and suspension is horrible compared to the 2018 . And I rode the 2017 . Not even the same bike handling wise . At high speeds the 2018 is more rigid and you feel comfortable and confident plus you don’t scrape as fast on turns , 2018 has more clearance. Last but certainly not least the 114 is a beast . The torque wants to kick you off the bike . Haters find a way ,trade up or shut up

KCStewart I bought a 2019 in Wicked Red but I do like that Twisted Cherry color too. I waited one more year for them to get the bugs out of the M8 engine. I like the small tank because it highlights the engine more and still has a 164-mile range. It’s a beautiful bike!

If you want to loose your girl friend, make her sit on the back seat and pull that bike hard. You will certainly leave her behind in your past.

Sportster tank, less rake, shorter wheel base. Not impressed with the 2018. Looks like a sportster with a 240.
The biggest difference is the new one handles a lot better than the old one

The Breakout had the reputation of a bike built for posers. It now may actually be rideable in the hills
