Chest is supposed to be all black. Check the source material, this version of RR doesn't have a colored robin on the chest. The gauntlets are missing yellow paint tho.
The center logo isn't supposed to be painted. It was for the first two version of the suit. I think it's meant to be like glass with the logo responding to light. But 9 times out of 10 it just looks like a black orb. This costume though was prone to no consistency. The Wing pack always changed or was barely drawn. The yellow on the arms was sometimes there and sometimes now. The first version of the new52 suit has straps on his tummy. I'm glad Mcfarlane chose not to do that design. I really like the figure. For the first comic Tim Drake it's a great entry. Makes me want a proper Red Robin and Robin Tim Drake. I wish the Wing pack was detachable but I like how it functions as a cape. The Post Crisis Red Robin suit was superior. They just need to tweak it a little more. Having a cowl actually made since. Dick and Tim both learned while Bruce was dead, how not having your head set ablaze and being able to take a bullet to the head(Something Dick still hasn't learned) was awesome with a cowl.
Great review! Awesome figure! Where does this come in on the McFarlane Love - Hate Scale? I haven't seen it first hand yet, not here in East Bumfuk. But I'm going to scale it high on the Love side.
I’m so loving these figures. This has to be my favorite Robin in my collection. I think he scales well with just about any Batman figure and I personally like this figure at the side of the new movie Batman. He looks cool on the movie bay cycle too. Awesome review Shart!
I'm sorry i just wanted to say that Dick Garyson is the second smartest Robin, he has a genius Level intellect. I really didn't want to be that guy but i had to make an exception. Not everybody knows about everything about superheroes, but it's ok.
I’m sorry to say this too😂, but didn’t Tim got captured by the joker and he got turned into the joker 😂, talking about he’s the smartest and then got trapped in the phantom zone injustice 😂.
I'm just talking about the Robins not the others. However Barbara Gordon is smart don't get me wrong but Tim has the second place for worlds greatest detective. Also i think any member of the bat family could be oracle, all of them are really smart smart.
I found him today at Ross for $5... Wasn't even looking for that figure... but $5 why not... couldn't pass up a steal like that... and I know nothing about this character... which lands me here checking out your toy review...as i always do... bro your show is dope...i be at work singing your theme music...and the fellas be like wtf are you singing 😂😂😂😂😂
Nice review. This kid towers over Spider-Man. I prefer a white background in the reviews. The black background makes it too hard to see the edges of the figure.
