I hope everybody remembers there still only paying $20 for these figures where the Marvel Legends have gone up in price consistency over the past few months so give him a break on some of the paint apps or lack of paint I should say but all the sculpting is there you can always paint it yourself
$20/ $25 (I'd say under $30) is A Steal for _McFarlane_ MULTIVERSE who absolutely has been killin competition lately.. My ULTRAMAN / Evil #Earth3 Supe's (w/ the Starro BaF) was $25 & its A Solid Figure. From him, to the New PP Black Adam, ICE GIANT BaF, Reverse Flash, #New52 Demon Knights ETRIGAN (One of DC's Best comic series'), Walmart New Wally West FLASH. ALL Solid Figs. Easily The Best versions made to date.

I know most people didn't want Tim from the New 52 in particular, but purely as a figure, he's fantastic!
Kinda surprised through most people like this look this and the 90s look are my favorite ones

While Nightwing is my favorite batfamily member, Tim Drake has always been my favorite Robin! I'm SUPER excited to get my Red Robin in from CMD store he's a must have for me and he looks awesome 🔥😎

awesome review of a cool figure. The reason I call it a cool figure, is it's a welcome contrast to what we usually get.
This figure looks so good I wish they had included a extra head sculpt w the hood on.

Tim is second favorite Robin after Dick. I wish Tim had the full cowl from the pre-new 52 days but I’m down with this version. Looks good.
I really want a Tim, but I really didn't care for this design despite how fraggin' cool this figure looks. Hopefully they do a Rebirth Red Robin which is closer to Tim's 90s look but with two R's
Don't worry it was leaked that were getting a gold label of the classic Red robin like the Gold label version of Martian manhunter.

Great review as always. Love that your honest and point out flaws., ps while doing some googling during the vid it does look like that chest logo is solid black on most of the references....
Not sure if you've mentioned this before, but for those who don't know the images they've been using on the back of the box are digital renders of the figures. That's probably why there are 2 sets of wings on the back: 1 set showing what it looks like up and 1 set showing what it looks like down and whoever picked the picture for use on the box didn't notice. But, damn! This figure looks good ... once again we can't trust "promotional" pictures to showcase how good the figures are. Dear Promotional Department .... YOU HAVE 1 JOB! LOL
Yeah. Keep mentioning it. People are not getting it. The digital renders are passable as actual figures except for the coloring which gives them away most of the time. While they look good, they are useless to us since they don’t actually represent what we are getting.
Ordered this on GameStop, I love Robin so I’ll pick up any version they do
You added some new details to the way you edited the video and I enjoyed that, like when on the size comparisons.
This guy has great articulation, I'm surprised, it's truly amazing. Too bad he's got only that stick, counting the wings as something extra, I would only ask for a set of fists. I enjoyed this one for sure!

I could be wrong, but, I THINK, he could be the first McFarlane Multiverse figure with an AB CRUNCH!

I really love mine. Love the range of motion. Wish the black wing parts could separate as well. Glad the wings don't have pegs or peg holes to attach to the arms. As always, McFarlane is the king of sculpt for the price point. And speaking of which, by way of only paying $20 - $25 for him, he's automatically more "worth it" than that other brand of superhero figures that doubled in price over the last year! Should've come with a flight stand. I don't have a problem with the staff's overall look, but it is slightly too thick. But then, we who collect McFarlane figures all know about long plastic object drooping. Darkseid's war staff does it. Steppenwolf's Electro axe does it. So does Aquaman's trident, Robin's sword(s). So, it'd be nice to not have to bend it the other way to correct drooping. So many possibilities for posing with this guy!

You could sacrifice a different figure and harvest his wings and screw-mount it onto his lower back after filing into shape, then you could give it the 4 winged look easily. I might do exactly that.

Unlike other Red Robins, this version's center emblem doesn't have color, so it is accurate. He's actually missing yellow on his forearm gloves, not the 2 emblems you pointed out. You should look up some of the source material pics from the comics.

The only thing that makes sense about the wings on the back of the package is that maybe it's showing the wings are articulated. Other than the obvious omission of extra wings... Maybe?

I feel like if you sand down the Batman Rebirth head’s ears and give it to Tim, it’s gonna be a perfect Red Robin. Just paint over the face to make it look younger

for my bat family I have batman issue 1000,night wing,red hood,and batman beyond. I decided to cancel my pre order due to shelf space and decided to get rid of Damian and bat girl just because I felt they were not to par and was scared this would be the same, I’m still unsure but if I see him in store possibly then I might pick him up
I don't really understand how you review a burger without showing the burger.....
Until they make a Post Crisis Red Robin, this design will have to do for a Red Robin. Otherwise a legit Tim Drake Robin suit would be highly desirable. Though I certainly feel the figure looks good and looks better then how it was in the comic. Part of that is due to Red Robin and other characters were handled by only one artist.
I don't get why Mcfarlane chose to make the chest straps key into the body. I think being floating parts would have been perfectly fine and of course make it easy to reuse the mold.
They still aren't getting this whole "This is not a statue" thing and aren't being too mindful of articulation while in use.
But this figures goes a long way into making the bat family feel more complete.
would the joker nightwing head would look good on this body? tryin to make a jokerized red robin but not liking the green figure

Are the wings removable?
I was scared mcfarlane would mess up the scale of the figure but it isn’t that bad, I think I’ll only get this figure because it’s Red Robin but this design choice just isn’t it for me.

Im liking the new articulation tooling but some of the new figures are just kinda wh for me. But now the new articulation is making me want these characters I dont even know lol. The staff is boring RIP
oh my god, the emblems are absolutely awful, each one a different color kek. I don't do customs so no way in hell im getting this, everything else looks pretty good besides the staff, that thing looks like a cement sewer pipe
