ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I understand what you are doing. As a father myself, I know your stress is valid. As humans we put levels and compare ourselves depending on the levels of stress. Which we shouldn’t everyone forgets that we all have problems because they are too absorbed with their own problems. So you’re stress is still valid. Keep up the good work!

Wow! Your life story is very inspiring my brother. We all can relate to what you're going through but still everyone's story is unique. And that's what makes it special. Some may have it the easy way. And some or should I say most, get it the much harder way. When I say easy way, I don't mean cheating or weasling your way through to get what you want in life. Yes. We know such people exist. But they don't count here. I'm only talking about the ones who get good life the easy way but still clean. Of course, the majority of us have to work very hard to get it but the most challenging part is working hard and clean. And you, my brother, fit in the latter perfectly.

I'm an immense fan of your work and so are my sons. I used this channel as a parenting tool to stay connected with my sons. And they are collectors still in their twenties! Current toy influencers Articulated Ninja, LaserPants, 3POA Podcast, Uncle Tim could learn a lot it doesn't take controversies like brand ambassadors for @alaverse, content theft, shock value for example to make it to the top. Maybe just unbridled enthusiasm and enduring passion.

Dk if you’ll see this but ive been watching your channel since oof. Cant even remember. You got me into collecting due to your fun personality and it sucks to know behind the camera you really werent that full of energy. But you kept going and thats what matters. I stopped collecting 1 year ago now, got burned out, it can be so stressful once space is depleted. Regardless I still continue to watch your content. So thank you for sticking with the channel and making new content, sometimes its what us people need after a long day at work or school. Got fired from my job a year ago and hit the lowest point in my life. Today i own a brand new 2025 car, a new motorcycle and I’m married, everything will work out:)
