    If you have an autoimmue disease like psoriasis, get a d3 test. You are most likely low in this critical vitamin (hormone). In most cases high amounts of d3 combined with a keto diet will cure you. Also omega 3 from codliver oil can help a lot. There's something called the Coimbra protocol where you take around 25 to 50,000 IUS of d3 a day. Helped me a ton after several months

    This was informative although it would have been nice and additionally helpful to see examples of these skin conditions on darker skinned people as well so we would also have a visual reference of what to look for.

    Thank you for this video! My lady I believe she’s experiencing this, because here scalp I thought was dandruff, so I bought her every head & shoulders possible but nothing seemed to get rid of that dryness as well hard type like skin on her scalp! It’s getting nerve recking due to the fact our bed sheets needs constantly vacuuming 😢😮. For a minute I was thinking what the heck why is it salt crystals crumbs always on the bed? She always told me that a hairstylist burnt her scalp which happened years ago before we meet. But now watching this video I truly believe this is what she’s going through. I’m a have her see a dermatologist asap!

    I already had some possible psoriasis in my ears, my forehead above my nose, and occasionally both sides of my nose. I started the Moujaro injections approximately 6 weeks ago. Based on my research and hearing others reporting the same thing, I suspect it may be coming from these injections. I'm not giving up the Moujaro injections for now. My Doctor prescribed me a cream so we shall see how that goes.

    I have scalp psoriasis and have lost 2/3 of my hair. It is very thin now. I have been using a shampoo/condition that treats psoriasis, i don't believe it's working. I also mix it with a biotin shampoo/conditioner. I noticed some bald spots where the hair had fallen off. Will those spots grow hair again?

    • @NinaRossAtl
      @NinaRossAtl  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there, It most definitely is possible for you to grow back hair in those spots but it will take more than just shampoo and condition, you will need a full treatment plan. this way you can calm down the irritation and inflammation from the Psoriasis and stimulate hair growth in the areas lost. I would love to assist you with finding the best treatment protocol. Here's the link to book an evaluation with me.ninaross.as.me/virtualconsult

    Hi Dr. Nina Ross,
    Several years ago I used this Avacodo oil by HOBE Naturals Cold Pressed Avacodo oil for my hair. Every since then my hair grows in like dead hair, feels very dry to where my hair grows in and feels like a very dry stiff brillo pad, a dry brush, my hair keeps falling out easily. What should I do? To get my hair to grow like how it did and have better texture.

Also, my hair were severely damaged, thinning came across scalp. Is prp effective? Like do we need maintenance sessions in prp forever to keep the hair growth we get from it? Do we again loose hair? Please suggest! And minoxidil also?

      I have scalp psoriasis from last 4 years its getting worse now. Nothing is working for me. Can u please elaborate your way of dealing with psoriasis. 45 min gap between meal and butter milk?. I think u want to say that we should avoid hot items and add cold items in our diet which can calm the agni? Am i right?
      Doctors ask me to not have any diary product like milk curd buttermilk and wheat. But its very difficult to avoid these
