Thank you Jessica, I'm over 50 and very out of shape. I've been looking for a simple straightforward way to start weight training without being overly sore and discouraged. I plan to start slow with this but I was able to do all the moves and reps so I feel very good!

I would have preferred 1-hour workouts covering different muscle groups. Now I go from a workout to a workout. The problem with my approach is that some exercises are repetitive in different workouts, but I have no choice. Maybe longer versions exist but I did not find them.
I love your workouts. This one was a good one for me, but I wonder...is the shoulder press considered "spine loading". I need to avoid "loading my spine" due to osteoporosis. Thanks for making your videos.

Jess I understand it would be a tall ask but is it possible in your video catalogues to highlight ‘safe for ELS or similar’? Not expecting you to change what you do. I feel so safe that you guide us for those issues. ❤
There are many workouts safe for ELS but it really depends on the person, so I wouldn't be able to say definitely which is "safe" or "not safe" for that specific condition :).

I wish you had dumbbell workouts that are knee friendly
You always need to keep your lower legs (knee to foot) straight up and down, not bent. This takes the pressure off the knees. You'll damage your knees if they are bent forward.

For a beginner workout I felt there were too many reps of each exercise. I would prefer more exercises with 8 reps. We will learn the proper form and can do additional reps on our own.
