- This is one of the most versatile ways to cook eggs, and I will show you in the video my favourite way to serve these. This is budget friendly because many people are affected by the price of eggs. Do you want your family budget to go further? Try replacing meat in sandwiches with this great egg hack cooking tip. Eggs are cheaper than meat and eggs are more nutritionally balanced than meat.

Sheet Pan Eggs
Recipe created by Chef Dez, chefdez.com
“Normally a recipe like this would use a standard jelly roll pan (12x17 inches), but I prefer to do this in a smaller toaster oven pan instead (9x11 inches). Great as a brunch item or to replace meat in a sandwich.”
Baking spray
Parchment paper
9 large eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1.5 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Sprinkle of smoked paprika
1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 375°F.
2. Spray a 9x11 inch toaster oven pan with baking spray. Line with parchment paper (make sure there is enough parchment up the sides of the pan too) and spray the parchment with baking spray.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until completely homogenized. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan.
4. Top evenly with the grated cheese and bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes until the eggs have become firm or reached an internal temperature of at least 160°F.
5. Cut to desired size pieces and serve immediately.
Makes 6 portions

I’m making brunch for a large family tomorrow and I was second guessing myself that sheet pan eggs could be done. But you’ve showed me it’s possible and you’ve probably saved me an hour of my time where I would have been making individual portions one at a time. Thank you.
Glad I could help! Thanks for watching.

Hello, it's me from the future. Eggs have become a commodity only the wealthy can afford. 2 eggs are worth more than most make in a week. My neighbor mortgaged his house for 24 eggs. The cartels have changed from drugs to running underground chicken coops. This is our world now.
Relax kids, it's a joke.
😂 Thanks for watching.
Florida already has the underground coop cartels lol
I tried egg in muffin pans and it is horrible to clean them.
Yeah, you really need the parchment in there.
I made that mistake, too! This video's method is so much better!
What is BC?
British Columbia (province in Canada). Thanks for watching!
