Love the idea. For softer a little runnier yolks (like an over medium egg) how long would you cook them?

I can’t believe I’m 62 yrs old and never thought of this!
The sad thing is my mother and I used to have baked eggs all the time made in a little
1cup Pyrex baking glass, with a 1tsp of cream and shredded cheese on top after you season the egg. Which was a burger to clean even after your greased it first.
    Fantastic! Thanks for sharing.

if you put a tablespoon of water instead of frying they'll be more like poached so to fried edge. also, easier clean up as water doesn't leave a residue like sprays do.

Fluffy basically dry poached eggs for egg salad? Are you kidding? 20-30 minutes for crispy edged egg salad.....No way. Get a hard boiled egg cooker, the small hole in bottom of egg with provided piercer, allows steam in during cooking which separates the shell and egg cleanly in seconds once cracked. The auto off lets me cook 4 at a time. Start and forget. 10 minutes!!!
