In the cup holder, the one nearest the armrest will actually charge your key battery if you put the key in there. You’ll see a small logo in the rubber.

Thanks for the cool video about this GTE. I was though keep smiling about how you say: you can choice…. When I choice this or that.😂 your English is way better than mine but can’t understand why you say choice instead of choose and GTI instead of GTE. Anyway thanks for the infos and cool video😊

I'm currently driving a MK7 GTE. The refresh itself looks nice but for me there isn't really anything that isn't worth upgrading to; I plan to modify my car for more performance and keep it!

One question, how does the GTE compare to the eHybrid you also drove (great video, thumbs up!), not regarding design and more hp but the overall driving impression and also comfort, I heard the GTE is more aggressive in throttle response and has a little harder suspension and is louder due to the sound generator or are these things so close that the decision is more about design and few more hp? Kind regards :)
I have now a 7.5 gtd but i know my next car will be 8 gte thx for the vid.
Better get the GTI. You will pay a bit more on gas compared toul your GTD but it s a different car. The suspension on the GTI is different from the one on the GTE ,not to mention it is lighter and it has an LSD(VAQ) that the GTE lacks unfortunately. You will need PS5s or anyways a good set of tires to put the power down because of this. The front tires tend to spin a lot under heavy acceleration.
Also not to mention, if possible get one with DCC(Adaptive Dampers). It's a must have

How would you describe the comparison between this Golf GTE and her "cousin" Cupra Leon? I know you tested them both. I won't ask you which one is better since I think it's a matter of personal taste, but...how would you compare them?
In my opinion the difference is only in shape and design and materials....mechanical parts are similar ....👍
@@SDADanCars and the driving experience? Usually Seat/Cupra is supposed to be "sportier" than Volkswagen, which in comparison is more "comfortable"..
Yes right bit also GTE suppose to be sportier like GTI but with less co2 and better consumption 🙂

Iam a big fan of electric cars and it was my first car with electric power and I get to the conclusion Golf GTE was the perfect for that time for me 👍👍 I know vw make reliable cars at least they never let me down 🙂
Hello, is it possible to run both engines at the same time? I mean the electric engine and the combustion engine
The car decides itself based on how much power you require. Otherwise Gte mode forces both engines

Question here. Does it have 245 pk all time when your electric is full ? Or only in sport modus
Only when the electric motor is full. without it u only have 150 from the petrol engine

@@gong8596 yes if u drive in hybrid mode you have 245PK but if u drive full electric i think it was 110Pk only from the electric motor

I dont remember Daniel exactly but I don't think so.... 🤔 can't remember to have a problem with the car
@@SDADanCars it’s worrying that you didn’t notice it clicking really fast at 6:50…. The reason they click that fast is to alert you to an issue with the indicators
What do u use to store your key when you are at home??
If you have keyless keys you must buy a case to put it in cause they can easily steal your car with remote panel

I can tell you from experience....the capacitive buttons on the steering are fucking garbage. The infotainment system is slow and laggy
