I had UPVC bowater zenith windows replace my old aluminium double glazed windows made in the 80s. Over the years, the UPVC has greyed on the outside and the gaskets have dried up allowing air to pass through the window. Is there anything I can do to solve these two issues?
Also, can you buy any handle for a UPVC window or does the handle vary from each model/type

Every else SPECIFICALY says DO NOT USE BLEACH !!
It's also dangerous to combine any biocide with any other chemical product.
While I appreciate your stance on cleaning upcoming, it isn't the best solution. Bleach on upvc will cause the polymers in the upvc to turn yellow.
