    ભાઈ તમે ગુજરાતીને અર્ધુ અંગ્રેજી વાપરો છો મારી સલાહ એ છે કે એક પણ શબ્દ અંગ્રેજીનો ના બલો તો અમારા જેવાને મજા આવસે જય હિન્દ જય ભારત

      માનનીય સર તમારી વાત બિલકુલ સાચી હોઇ શકે પણ દુર્ભાગ્યવશ વાત એ છે કેહેલ્થ અને ફિટનેસ ની અંદર જેટલી પણ શોધખોળ થઈ છે કે અમેરિકાની અંદર થઈ છે અને મારી પોતાની study પણ અમેરિકા અમેરિકા ની શોધો ઉપર જ છે...એટલે જેટલું શક્ય થાય એટલું હું ગુજરાતી બોલુ છું પણ બધું જ ગુજરાતી માં જણાવો શક્ય નથી કારણ કે અમુક શબ્દો ને હું અંગ્રેજીમાંથી ગુજરાતીમાં ભાષાંતર જ કરીશ તો એવી શક્યતા છે કે એનો અર્થ જ બદલાઈ
