I did my first big chop in 08 and my mother asked me how I was going to attract a man with short natural hair. Everytime i buy a wig the lace doesnt look natural like the pics and videos smh and ive tried all the methods! The girlies have to be photoshopping the lace. Its ugly and im done
@@iposttoxicshortsI’ve wondered about this. I work in a job where I am in people’s personal space. I’ve never seen a lace front where the lace was practically invisible. Even the girls who cut baby hairs into the wig-that lace is still visible. I find the color of the part and the edges really give it away.
Yall dont have to go cold turkey. If you insecure about length or texture, wear kinky straight or wear 4c extentions. Also start following women with your hair type

In my country, short hair is considered extremely feminine and the women always look stunning because of their facial features. When i travelled back home, my younger cousins were rocking their short hair so well that it made me want to cut my hair because they looked incredible. I also think women need to realise that everything is not about the male gaze, and if someone doesn't like you for who you are, then you should keep it moving. I am not living to please anyone but myself. For the first time in my life, I have felt more feminine than ever before and I was able to wear my natural hair when i walked for Africa Fashion week, which made me so happy. Ahh ladies, our hair is beautiful.
What kills me about most of these femininity coaches who are obsessed with looking super fake (there is a difference between looking put together and looking ridiculously fake like can they be FR) is that they tend to NOT be married and they are selling courses for what? I always said that you should be able to be your authentic self (how ever you want to do your makeup, wear what you like, wear your hair how you want, and etc!) and be able to attract effortlessly! Like I am so over tons of these coaches wanting women to change A TON. like please be yourself ladiesss PLZ
I don’t get this comment. ‘They don’t tend to be married and are selling courses for what?’ Insinuates that women only pursue femininity to attract men and get married. Femininity should have nothing to do with men imo. It’s about being ‘feminine’, ‘femme’ womanly… it should be a safe space away from men. If I read ur comment wrong pls explain. Otherwise I agree with what u said about everyone looking fake and teaching others how to look just as fake
Being authentic as a natural born woman is inherently feminine. Femininity is about attention to detail and subtleness. As long as you take care of it, it's healthy and styled well then it's feminine.
Being born a natural woman does not automatically make you feminine. Femininity is of the mind. What you talking about is keeping yourself neat and groomed properly.
Lately I have been feeling in bondage with wigs and now even braids, I told my hubby last night I just want to be free, tension free! I am excited about saving money and getting back to my natural! Let’s go ladies ❤your natural it’s freeing and it actually looks better in my opinion
But you’re already free regardless of how you choose to wear your hair! If you consider yourself in bondage while wear ing wigs or extensions, you deciding to go”natural” is not going make you less in bondage if you intentions were to get validation outside of yourself .
@@girlbrittneygirl if you always hide your hair under a wig or weave are you really free? It’s like saying a bald guy who always has a hat on is completely comfortable with his bald head. I don’t buy that. Yes you can wear your hair as you like but if you can’t leave your house without a weave or a wig you are not truly comfortable with yourself.
Its crazy...just a month ago I looked at a pile of wigs in the corner and just said I'm done!! Made an appointment to get the tapered cut I always wanted!! Feeling free and healthy 😊
Natural hair attracts men that are aware that feminine doesn't equate to long straight or curly hair. It's serves natural women well, because if you are attracting a man because you look like what he fantasizes with long hair, what happens when you remove it? A lot of men are unapologetic when you fool them into thinking you are their preference. Better to attract one who likes what you look like without it. There is someone for everyone. I have a short 4c twa, and I am ultra feminine. The men keep looking. It's all about how you carry it.
I'm 16, and I've been wearing my natural hair out, such as mini braid with beads and Fulani braids with no added hair. Rn I have chunky mini braids and it's so freeing not having to fix my hair so much in the mornings. I just put on a cute headband and go about my day. I'm hoping to wear my afro out soon.
Yea I’m 17 and I went thru a phase where I wore my natural hair during 15-16 because my edges needed to breath. It’s def sad that the last 2 years all the girls at school started wearing lace wigs especially how so many of the girls look soo different without them and they be forehead-fishing
@@char6081same age as you. Why are we living the same life? Everyone is now wearing lace fronts made me feel bad ash and odd for wearing natural hair or braids. Thankfully, I’ve been changing my mentality and trying to embrace my unique beauty!
I’d love the video on shrinkage. You’ve definitely inspired me to wash my hair more often & it’s been softer and more manageable. I actually find myself looking forward to wash day & wanting to wash my hair all the time. Id love to get to the point of washing everyday but I know that’d mean embracing shrinkage.
Oh wow I’m so proud of you! Thanks for being open minded. Happy that your hair is soft and adjusting well. It took me a while to embrace shrinkage. But now I am loving it!
I just got sister locks installed and have been hiding in the house for a week because I am not used to wearing my natural 4c hair! I was always wearing wigs and other protective styles so it has been a difficult transition. Thank you SO much for this video, seriously! 🤍
The best thing a woman with natural hair can is get a haircut. Length doesn’t matter, shape does. If your hair shape flatters your face you will look Uber soft and feminine.
I agree about your elegance. Your skin glows, your hair is beautiful in it's natural state, your collarbones and hands are so feminine. I love the message that you have conveyed, both verbally and visually. I have been natural for decades and appreciate your video.
I shaved my head two weeks ago. It’s my 6th time, but it’s permanent due to scalp issues. I actually feel more beautiful than ever. But I can tell other black people are confronted with their own concept of beauty when they see me. Some smile and praise it, others project feelings of shame and disgust. I’m happier separating my femininity from ideals that were never mine.
Natural is best. Even as a woman, I prefer to see black women natural. They seem more relatable to me and I'm sure men feel that way too. Few women can get away with fake hair. I know some women do look better with it but not many.
Back in 2022 I felt God tugging on my heart about my weave wearing. I kept getting this nudge that I needed to remove my weave, and I did. I’ve never felt so good in my entire life. Over 20+ years of wearing braids and weaves, and now I can confidently walk outside without them. It’s a process to make the change, but it can be done. 🙌🏾
I have BEEN waiting for someone who embraces femininity while natural to speak up😢. Thanks for putting out this video! Sometimes you look at fermininity coaches and you listen to them talk about elegance, but they ALWAYS promote weaves. Its so discouraging because thats not WHO WE ARE. They are basically saying that black women don't look feminine with natural hair 😢. Please keep this up and I hope there are more of you around.
Evie, I’m 23 and I love your videos. I recently did a big chop and I’m now rocking my tapered cut to work and feeling more beautiful everyday since I did it last week. Thank you for inspiring me ❤
You are a very beautiful woman. This is an awesome and encouraging video for black women. I am so glad I decided to stop relaxing my hair a year ago and embracing my natural hair.
What gets attention from men is a woman who loves herself in her natural state just as much as she loves herself and feels confident with enhancements or in the case of hair, wigs and weaves. I started my locs in 2016 and it was a drastic change that I fully embraced, although it wasn’t easy. In 2017 I met my husband and my locs looked like a TWA. I never felt more beautiful because I’ve never felt more myself. I think hubby would agree, but if he didn’t that would be his problem. I think men like when women are free and happy and not so focused on them.
Men are attracted to women who are their AUTHENTIC selves ! You know males are visual. This is why black women keep losing. You all keep basing your existence on what males think and like. Be you! If a man really likes you, he’s not going to try to change you.
There are a lot of insecure women out there with partners. It's not that deep for men. Are you attractive enough physically for him or does he think he can get you? Then he might try with you. He's not thinking "Does she love herself as she is?" Actually if men thought like that, they would never try to negg women.
I have to be honest and say I think most people would appreciate their own natural hair if it was long. That’s when natural hair is appreciated with natural hair short most men don’t desire it because they don’t understand and it’s not mesmerizing to the eye to them. To them just to see if be a fro, especially if it doesn’t seem as though it’s styled, it’s a no. I’m not saying that from my perspective because I do think natural hair is pretty in any way that it’s done as long as it’s healthy, but I really feel that’s how men view it. Especially black men
I went small microlocs and I absolutely loveeeee my hair! I feel so beautiful alll the time! And even though I am happily in a relationship, the men stay on me when i am out & about! Ladies men love natural, feminine beauty!🥰 GO NATURAL! & Take care of your bodies and skin!🫶🏽
I got a loose curly weave yesterday and had to take it out. My hair was screaming to breathe and be “shown off.” We stand out and look ultra feminine with this hair of ours ❤
I love this video! I don't listen to the "feminity gurus" who say natural hair isn't feminine I also don't follow the ones who don't wear their natural hair at all.
I wear my natural hair 24/7, and I feel the most beautiful and confident. Currently I been wearing my Afro exclusively for years, but before I used to wear mini twist exclusively too. I have 0 problems getting any attention from all men, especially not from other races of men. My man is non Black Latino, and he lovessss my hair. It actually was one of the things that attracted him to me. Do you boo.😊🤍
After being natural for over a decade, I have fallen in love with my hair, its natural beauty, and versatility. I love that I can wear it longer one day and shorter the next. I focus on puffs, high buns, up-dos, twists, twist outs, bantu knots and heatless roller sets. There's so many ways for our hair to be styled beautifully, whether in a shrunken or picked out fro, or in a stretched and wavy style or a bun that didn't even require gel!
I’ve always longed to wear my natural hair, imagined myself rocking my own hair and I felt free with just the thought of it. I recently just got tired of everything extensions and wigs and I’m glad to now see this often. Rocking your own hair is a beautiful freedom💪🏽
This is crazy to hear. Am natural. Had a twa in 2006 ish. Had it mini twisted. it was sharp ! Plus wore big earrings. Man, every single man could not leave me alone. Now my hair is longer ; when it is shrunken it’s on my shoulders. Still men won’t leave me alone. So am saddened to hear this. Natural hair is the epitome of femininity.
Love coach advise us so we can find love but if I find love wouldn’t that person love me and my hair? To me a lot of coaches are not confident with their natural hair and that’s why they give this piece of advice. I’ve been wearing my natural hair for a long time (I still wear wigs sometimes) and I’ve had no problem attracting men of all races : a lot of people have this limiting belief that natural hair stops you from attracting men. If you are confident and you style your hair in a way that suits you will attract men, period! You will not attract everybody just like you wouldn’t with a wig. I saw your older videos with wigs and I believe wearing your natural Afro suits you better it balances your features.
Thank you! You’re spot on about limiting beliefs. It starts with our mind first before we embrace it externally. Appreciate you so much for watching and sharing your take.
I haven't felt so good about myself and about life since I decided to wear my natural hair JUST THE WAY IT IS. I no longer wear the kinky clip ins or spend hours doing the bantu knot-outs or two strand twist -outs to make my hair into something that it's not. I have beautiful, strong 4c hair. I live in Hawaii where it is very humid. My natural hair used to laugh at all the work I would do to make it look 3a-4a. I feel more feminine now than I ever have. And I have been getting many compliments on my natural hair lately. My hair is getting longer. I'm aiming for a huge afro. Me and my 4c.
Great topic. You present yourself well in both your appearance and communication. You represent naturals well. Love your defined Afro, it pairs well with your radiant skin and nice outfit 🥰
I truly appreciate your content! I completely agree we have to embrace our true authenticity! I’ll always prefer wearing my hair how it grows out of its roots than putting glue to my scalp
Loved this video! You are one of my favourite TH-camrs!! And you look stunning btw you exude femininity! Yes to the video on shrinkage - I would love to hear your take on that.
Its been 1 year now since I haven't worn wigs and I'm loving it.Yes somtimes I feel darn in my spirit to get a wig but when I look at how my hair always clean and smells great 😅 I said nahhhh.I love u.Im a follower of Christ I can tell u this,I can't say I'm fully deliverd. girl...#Jamaica 🇯🇲
I appreciate this video, it is so hard out here for us. Oh my god. The weight of feeling masculine just for being. And knowing other races and skin tones will never experience it to the extent we have to. It effs wit me not gone lie
I just found your channel and I am so glad I have been looking for someone who loves being truly feminine and natural, and someone who loves the natural hair shrinking and all you are such an inspiration to me oh, you don’t know what you’re doing to me. I am feeling so amazing by finding your channel. I am a fan and have subscribed.
Omg don’t make me cry 😭💕 Thank you so much, this is why I make videos. To inspire, be inspired and see more examples of this lifestyle in real life more! I’ll remember to shout you out on my next video. All and all, welcome to my channel!!!! 🤗
I honestly feel like I can’t wear my hair out and feel beautiful. And I’m stuck between challenging myself to wear my natural hair or just keep finding security in a protective style.
Give it a try. Even for a week. I found it easier when I went to get my hair cut and shaped into a hairstyle to boost my confidence. You won’t die for wearing your hair out for a week. Try and see for yourself for exposure therapy.
Thank you so much for making this video. Today was the first time I went out with my afro at daylight. It was so liberating! It's been 4 years and a half since I started the transition.
Dear Evie, I wanted to let you know that I've been loving your recent videos. Keep up the great work! 😘❤️ I'd like to add something about attractiveness as a natural girly that might help someone out there. Going natural requires you to develop your character and understanding of the world. Specifically learn this: the things we are attracted to are often related to our values. From what we consider a good time to what we find beautiful, our values play a role. As you improve your values, you'll naturally be drawn to better things. Unfortunately, our (Black African) community has many poor values, both in Africa and in the diaspora. This might have worked in your favour when you also held poor values, even if unconsciously. However, as you grow and improve, it might not so much. As long as the majority of men in our communities continue to hold poor values, natural hair may not receive the reception you hope for. Instead of hiding your true self, allow yourself to keep growing. Be ready to change your perspective on the world and hold better values unapologetically. Don't waste your energy arguing with others or yourself about this. Finally, it's worth noting that quality men who share your values do exist. In fact, they've probably been waiting for someone like you for a long time. ❤️
Not me holding my chest reading this! 🥹🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾💕 Thank you so much. This will definitely help someone (it blessed me!) and give a deeper look into what we are really looking for in this life. A shared reality of common values with like-minded people.
Dear Chimerenma, As your name says, God really did well with you. You said a mouthful of truth. I'm a natural hair wearing Igbo girl and I just never realised how connected wearing our hair is to our values. Thank you so much for this. And thank you Evie for making this video.
I did my big chop and have been in protective styles and each wash day I love ME more and more. It’s so unique and I love it ❤! I never felt more beautiful than when I finally looked like myself the way God made me.
I remember there was like this era of our women waking up and wearing our beautiful natural hair, no matter what texture or what length. Then someone came out with the “Lace Fronts” and it put us right back to sleep 😢 I struggled as well getting back to feeling beautiful and not like I look like a kid with my natural hair. Still working on it 👏🏾 Great video! ❤
i smiled so hard when you mentioned roundness 😊 yess you’re right. ❤ i was in uni when i started wearing my natural hair after being bullied out of it by other black girls🙄 i started feeling great when people, esp black women, would compliment me in public 🥹 i think i fell into my femininity by the pure acceptance of myself because i really attracted a lot of great people during this time. i was blooming🌸😅 i found a great guy & only really hung with him with my natural hair & minimal makeup. it felt so freeing & he made me feel so beautiful. he really helped me in seeing my value because before him, it was just my family that would say nice things about me. when he said similar things, i just believed it for sure.❤ i decided to switch things up & surprised him with my straight hair. he thought it looked nice but was weirded out in his first impression & i remember so clearly he said it’s as if an asian girl had an afro😂 good memories
This was good! I love how you touched on length. But texture is equally or even more important in this conversation. I do believe the femininity convo is more geared toward thicker coarser natural hair like mine. If its a looser curl its usually gets a pass. I dont believe in telling women how to wear their hair but I do think its concerning when I see women who constantly wear wigs, braids, weaves etc. I have been there and its exhausting!!
Thank you! Texture is a great take. It’s a journey of self acceptance but that looks different for everyone. You should do a video on hair texture and femininity on your channel, the girlies will love it!
im less than a minuet in watching the video and can tell you are feminine you look feminine with your natural hair i agree it's a state of being and you exude it
So glad I came across your channel, I feel like I have a lot of un-conditioning I have to do with my upbringing. I was introduced to relaxers at the age of like 6 or 7 and at 27 now, I'm ashamed that I don't know how to properly do my own hair or even what the texture is
If the creator wanted us to have a different hair texture, he would have given us that. I love my natural hair and I don't want to be like anyone else. I could care less on whether I attract the male gaze.
I love my nature hair. It’s been 1 1/2 years since growing out my relaxer. In terms of attention from Men and Women comments say…. I actually look younger and my hair is super full …the look I didn’t get with my relaxer. It’s been a journey but I embrace the hair growing from my scalp and wear bold hairstyles. Again I just love the volume I have in the crown of my head now!😀
Love this. I’ve been wearing a regular for 2 years and recently started growing my hair out and I love it. I wear my natural hair but I do enjoy coloring it, I feel blah with darker hair.
Omg thank you this isn’t talked about enough. I just want to feel free I big chopped for the 3rd time. I got so wrapped around quick weaves and damaged my hair.
I LOVED my quick weave era… until I got a bald spot with the glue and my leave out being really damaged so I can relate. My hair grew back healthy so freedom is so worth it.
Hey Ms.Evie!!!! I just wanted to saying being born a woman is femininity itself. We will never have to try to be feminine when the definition was created inside if us. WE SET THE STANDARD!! And I love the comment you said about our hair matching our facial feature. I noticed I use to do more makeup when I wore wigs specifically the lace fronts they never compliment my natural face as much as my natural soft feminine hairline and go figure its because lakefronts reframe your face. I really hope more of our people , more of the women from our culture stop believing the lies about our hair and truly see what God created us to be and how beautiful we are :) You look stunning Evie White is your color girl!!!Another fabulous video exposing the lies in our community 🥰 Also girl I don't want any man that doesn't accept what God naturally gave us on our head. My hair makes me feel the most womanly the wigs are something most folks do to become feminine baby if you are a woman you don't have to BECOME when you already ARE. 😆
I definitely get a lot of attention for it because everyone is wearing wigs but boy oh boy.... please see taking care of it as self care because it can be alot sometimes
OMG, @Evie I remember before TH-cam, I knew a girl who would ask me kid she could come over my house to do her hair because she didn't her HUSBAND to see her natural hair!!! I was so confused, Im like ok, so you sleep next to this man every night in bed and he doesn't know how your natural hair looks?!?!? This is a thing.

Being authentic as a natural born woman is inherently feminine. Femininity is about attention to detail and subtleness. As long as you take care of it, it's healthy and styled well then it's feminine.
This part was said so well and eloquently. I agree ☝🏾
Oh to be freeeeeee 🙌🏾 also the saving money part I forgot about that. My wallet is so happy lol. Give it a try and watch your hair love you back!
Wearing your hair however you choose to is freeing . Your preference is the way to go.
I’ve been weave free since January and have never been happier
Its crazy...just a month ago I looked at a pile of wigs in the corner and just said I'm done!! Made an appointment to get the tapered cut I always wanted!! Feeling free and healthy 😊
Congrats Cassandra!
Bingo.
Not to mention they wanna pull it during sex smh
I'm 16, and I've been wearing my natural hair out, such as mini braid with beads and Fulani braids with no added hair. Rn I have chunky mini braids and it's so freeing not having to fix my hair so much in the mornings. I just put on a cute headband and go about my day. I'm hoping to wear my afro out soon.
omg 16!!!??? 🥹🥹🥹 I’m happy my content reached you, my love. Continue on this journey. you’ll rock your afro in no time 😉
Yea I’m 17 and I went thru a phase where I wore my natural hair during 15-16 because my edges needed to breath. It’s def sad that the last 2 years all the girls at school started wearing lace wigs especially how so many of the girls look soo different without them and they be forehead-fishing
Love that!
And you are soooo elegant looking and eloquently spoken. So proud of women like you, make me feel excited about the sisterhood I belong to.
I really appreciate that! thank you so much ☺️
I agree about your elegance.
Yes it makes us look soft, don’t you think?
@@EvieAswiti Yes, soft and fresh.
You’re so welcome. I don’t want us to feel a sense of shame in our hair. You’re right. It’s not who we are. Thanks for watching and sharing!
I agree so glad for this .
Evie, I’m 23 and I love your videos. I recently did a big chop and I’m now rocking my tapered cut to work and feeling more beautiful everyday since I did it last week. Thank you for inspiring me ❤
Aw, yay!!! You’re soooo welcome 🤗
You are a very beautiful woman. This is an awesome and encouraging video for black women. I am so glad I decided to stop relaxing my hair a year ago and embracing my natural hair.
Thank you so much. ☺️ I want to encourage the girlies that we have options! No more bondage. Congrats on your 1 year!
Great video! My natural hair is my biggest flex✨ It makes me special and stand out in world where everyone is trying to look a certain way
this!
Perioso!!!!
He's not thinking "Does she love herself as she is?"
Actually if men thought like that, they would never try to negg women.
@feliznavidad6958 honestly I think confidence is the most attractive thing in all men and I think many women agree would you?
@@catlover126 Yes women like confident men. But it's not true that men like confident women due to negging and the constant "trying to humble" women.
Oh and you’re GORGEOUS
Puuurrrr thank you so much! ☺️
Feminity isn't a hair type or a hairstyle. It's the behavior and mentality.
Very nice video. Natural will always be feminine.
Always!!!
Especially black men
Yeah, I can see that. But that’s their own concern though. None of our businesssssss.
And once black women learn that they were not created for male consumption they’ll be okay.
it’s majority black men. I have been approached and appreciated by white and Asian men plenty with SHORT natural hair (type 4)
Natural hair is very beautiful. In fact, it's stunningly gorgeous ❤❤
Hey now! Yeah, our hair is the sugar honey ice tea. idc idc idc.
Yessss wore my fro out yesterday and it was so nice. My man loved it
Perioso! 👏🏾
I just cut off all my hair, I feel so beautiful and it’s so liberating. I love getting in the shower & washing my hair every night
This makes me so happy. Keep it up and your scalp and hair with flourish 🥰
Just started wearing my fro more and I love it life is so much for easy and it’s made my days easier which makes me happier and ig more fem
Yesssss! 🙌🏾
I love how you mentioned the "roundness" of femininity. It's a beautiful detail about our natural hair!
that part went over a lot of people‘s heads so I’m so glad you caught it! Thanks for watching ❤️
Yes do shrinkage embrace video plz
Purrr, say no more.
I agree. Wear your natural hair guys. Its literally the prettiest thing ever

Great topic. You present yourself well in both your appearance and communication. You represent naturals well. Love your defined Afro, it pairs well with your radiant skin and nice outfit 🥰
Aw, you’re so sweet! Thank you so much ☺️
I truly appreciate your content!

I appreciate this video, it is so hard out here for us. Oh my god. The weight of feeling masculine just for being. And knowing other races and skin tones will never experience it to the extent we have to. It effs wit me not gone lie
You’re very welcome. The pain is temporary ♥️

Dear Evie,
I wanted to let you know that I've been loving your recent videos. Keep up the great work! 😘❤️
I'd like to add something about attractiveness as a natural girly that might help someone out there.
Dear Chimerenma,
As your name says, God really did well with you. You said a mouthful of truth. I'm a natural hair wearing Igbo girl and I just never realised how connected wearing our hair is to our values. Thank you so much for this. And thank you Evie for making this video.

Why is this conversation turning into what men want ? Instead of what’s best for us ?
She talked about men and self love Also, some straight women actually want male attention. You kind of need it if you want a companion.
@@PrettyPettyKitty that’s sad “male attention”
Thank you I love wearing my 4c hair it’s perfect in every way so cute and feminine!❤❤❤❤
i smiled so hard when you mentioned roundness 😊 yess you’re right. ❤
i was in uni when i started wearing my natural hair after being bullied out of it by other black girls🙄
i started feeling great when people, esp black women, would compliment me in public 🥹
i think i fell into my femininity by the pure acceptance of myself because i really attracted a lot of great people during this time. i was blooming🌸😅
i found a great guy & only really hung with him with my natural hair & minimal makeup. it felt so freeing & he made me feel so beautiful. he really helped me in seeing my value because before him, it was just my family that would say nice things about me. when he said similar things, i just believed it for sure.❤
i decided to switch things up & surprised him with my straight hair. he thought it looked nice but was weirded out in his first impression & i remember so clearly he said it’s as if an asian girl had an afro😂 good memories
lol the asian girl afro comment is sending me 🤣 This comment warmed my heart, I’m so happy to read this! Thanks for sharing ♥️

I love you too and welcome to my channel! The algorithm did its job well 😊
Natural hair is femininity ❤
Men love natural beauty. We are naturally beautiful.
So glad I came across your channel, I feel like I have a lot of un-conditioning I have to do with my upbringing. I was introduced to relaxers at the age of like 6 or 7 and at 27 now, I'm ashamed that I don't know how to properly do my own hair or even what the texture is
It’s not too late
you are so stunning! gosh
Thank you so much!!!!
If the creator wanted us to have a different hair texture, he would have given us that. I love my natural hair and I don't want to be like anyone else. I could care less on whether I attract the male gaze.
This is the one.
Yes I use to get sew ins & half wigs and honestly it’s so uncomfortable. I been wearing my natural hair for almost 3 years and don’t regret it.
Again I just love the volume I have in the crown of my head now!😀
Great video! Very reassuring and to the point!!Love it!!!
Thank you! We need it in our community ♥️
Love this. I’ve been wearing a regular for 2 years and recently started growing my hair out and I love it. I wear my natural hair but I do enjoy coloring it, I feel blah with darker hair.
Nothing wrong with a little razzle dazzle 😉 Thanks so much for watching and sharing!
Yes pls do a video on shrinkage
I attract the most attention from everyone when i wear my big afro or natural looking style.
Thank you!! I’m naturally me and have been for a little more than a decade and it’s hard at times.
I love my natural hair 💜
Omg thank you this isn’t talked about enough. I just want to feel free I big chopped for the 3rd time. I got so wrapped around quick weaves and damaged my hair.
I LOVED my quick weave era… until I got a bald spot with the glue and my leave out being really damaged so I can relate. My hair grew back healthy so freedom is so worth it.

Yes too in another aspects too .. 😢 according to them i am masculine
Preaaaaaach!!!! 👏🏾
Also, thank you so muuuuuch. Always look forward to your comments 😊
