    Todays Glutes and Hamstrings workout is a good one! I programmed a ton of awesome glute exercises and variations that I thought you all would love to see and try for yourselves! Let me know if you have ever tried any of these variations! I also wanted to make this video a little more educational to be as helpful as possible so hopefully it is helpful to those of you who are interested in growing your glutes and learning as much as possible!

    Great workout. I love land mine RDL’s. You should try them with the bar straight in front of you. I do 8 on each side then add more weight and do 8 center. Ouch

      Ooo nice👌 Wait, do you mean like me facing the bar with it directly straight in front of me rather than the weight out to the side of me? I have tried that before but didn’t like how it felt, especially as you start loading. This way is preferred for this variation bc of the line of pull and where the weight is placed. For stability, grip, and glute/ham loading, I find a side hold for these works best💪 Try it out and compare the feel, you’ll see what I mean! For squats forward or backward facing is great, but for single outer work I prefer to have the weight come from the side.

      @@HunterChilton yeah that’s what I mean. I can see what you mean about the feel of the load though. I don’t go heavy. I do a 10 for sides and 35 for middle. I’ll try it your way also!
      Have you done landmine hack squats? I’ve tried but can’t find a way to load it and get it to my shoulder. It would be nice to be able to figure out for at home.

      Yeah I have and one I don’t do much bc of the hassle of loading once you start using your challenging weight. If I trained at home with minimal equipment I probably would do them more, but my gym has a hack squat machine so I don’t find it necessary most of the time.
      So basically you want to face the bar in a squat position and grip the bar with one hand infront of the other. You will then forcefully stand up and use your momentum to pull the bar up while rotating your hands around the bar and your body to face outward. Whichever way you turn in toward the bar will be the shoulder the weight sits on. You then want to have your body angled so your upper body is against the plate and your feet are slightly out in front of you. This will keep you in an upright position as you get to the bottom of your squat.
      A bit confusing to explain but tons of videos online to watch for reference!

      There is no such thing as a “man exercise” or “women exercise”. Doesn’t exist. So yes, anyone can do these💪
