- Today we are taking a look at the new Epsilon Switches manufactured by JWK/Durock. These are insanely smooth and deep and honestly, I am quite impressed with them after not taking a look at jwk switches for a while. Did I mention how smooth these were? They are dang smooth.

Unfortunately the switches sold out quickly. Prevail has said these will be back in stock in around 3 weeks!
Also I have seen all the comments on keeping the stem wobble! I’ll try and reevaluate my method and bring it back a bit better and less scuffed.

Picked some up a couple weeks ago and they really feel like long pole lavenders without the consistency issues to me. Good switches and smooth from factory, just really wish they weren’t factory lubed.
Question. With factory lubed switches, do y’all just lube over them or do something to remove the factory lubing? With these, can I just get some 205 and lightly lube them or do I need to use a thinner lube?
I use dishwashing liquid + water then soak the switches/stabs for a few minutes, brush the lube off with a brush, then rinse.
@@LeReveurY So if stabs are factory lubed with grease lube, then I just lube over the housings and stems with Krytox 205g0 with a pretty good coat (nor thin or too much) and I clean the wire and lube with Krytox 205g0 as well, but for switches, I still add a pretty good coat on them if it’s pre lubed with oil lube because I prefer smoothness even on tactiles.
@@LeReveurY it honestly isn't as much of a science as people make it out to be, just lube over it until it's shiny and you'll be fine. i'd just use your regular lube since the factory one is usually very thin and very little.

Tell the people complaining about your switch videos being “too long” to suck it and that’s why their are timestamps and a fast forward button.
This is the precise reason I watch your switch videos because you are one of the very few that add different switches and their sounds/details in the same video so you can tell how they are accurately compared to other switches especially since different TH-camrs have different mics and setups. Never stop being legendary 🙏

Thought about ordering some of these a few weeks ago, but I'm too in love with the Cow (non-uWu version) switches. They have a stupidly long pole that sounds wonderful when lubed and filmed. Maybe I'll pick these up when they restock!

honestly, the stock epsilons sound better to me than the other switches even when re-lubed don't know what it is so if I had the money and knowhow to get into custom builds id try these in a heartbeat ngl

Bring back the scuffed stem wobble test but make it even more scuffed so that it is more scuffed than the wobble itself
