This man actually slapped down a sham of butter lmao
wait, you don't keep a block of butter on you at all times?
@@ShoobsTube only for the wires on my stabilizers
Twas in other vids, but his butter got bigger.
Nice
Glarses betraying tactile gang 😳
props for actually going through and making all those timestamps LOL. ily
It was actually pain LOL thank you for checking out the video! also, love your content.
Susboards:D
Actually, these were so helpful for getting direct comparisons, hella props
Amazing commitment and time haha the end result is great and considering how long the videos are up its Def worth it and appreciated lol
The lavender switches sound surprisingly nice!
they do! I really like the lavenders.
Yeahh, they're really nice. If I went for non-silent switches, I would choose them.
just bought lavenders for my first custom lol
Their sister switch lilacs are really nice too 🥰 smooth and sounds bright.
@@hungerxhunger same
lavenders really surprised me they sound amazing.
veProblem is they're a bit inconsitent in smoothness, you can also hear more scratchiness for some reason. It's hard for meto put faith in this test because in this board Tealios doesn't have the usual higher pitch sound
Not really sure why this was in my reccomended but I'm glad it was
wow youtube recommending fast LOL. thanks for checking out the video!
really hope this channel hits the algorithm. its easily the most underrated kb channel
@@amathine440 thank you! really appreciate that.
@@ShoobsTube i appreciate u making my day better with this vids bro
imma be honest you doing these comparisons is holy work my sir.
So many thanks for the hard work, it helps me a lot to choose my next custom. Truly respect
you will find happiness one day shoobs, the same day you build your endgame keyboard
..... that is not very promising LOL

@@ShoobsTube shoobs I am gonna make a keyboard what are some of the most thocky switches in ur opinion
Sheesh the time stamps, this is why I love and support you, the effort you put in video reviews is just so helpful you're a madlad thank you for this video!
Appreciate that Rx!
Now... you might be a troll and all, but THIS is what I call thorough side by side comparison. The man literally made spectrums of smoothness and sound for us fiends. You sir, deserve a thank you. Just when I think I'm in too deep, there you are like a dancer on quicksand
Dancer on quicksand, well put.
Can’t thank you enough for doing a sound test comparison properly unlike 99% of what you see on TH-cam. You are doing the Lord’s work here, my friend. Keep it up
thanks for this shoobs
been looking forward to a linear switch comparison vid
and now im stuck with deciding on which switches to buy 😭
Yo thank you for these comparisons. Also that Arthur throw back was amazingly scuffed.
Man first the tactile comparisons, now this? Thanks for all the work and time man, highly appreciated! Also your choices in jpop is very nice
Thank you for this review, man.
I’m just getting into custom keyboard and this video really helps me a lot.
Keep up the good work!
Thanks for all your hard work. Doing a linear build for my second keeb, and this is super helpful. The lavender, marshmallows and tealios sound the best to me.
You're my hero. I'll definitely buy the lavenders for my build! They sound so surprisingly good!
That potato chip 😂😂 great and detailed review! As someone who doesn’t have a lot of these switches it was very educational. Thanks man!

Damn it Shoobs, I looked up the watame song and now I'm swiftly falling down the rabbit hole, I can already name over half of them by their pictures and voices... Thanks I guess?

Thank you! Helps so much! More power.
Holy shit my man you really knocked it out with this video. Love your scuffed shit a ton, you puttin in work!
Love the personality you present here. Definitely subbing for more content
Appreciate the hard work!!
discovered your channel like 3 days ago and i was like "wow these boards sound good, but i just wanna look, im fine not buying one!"
and here i am on my computer with 80 billion tabs open trying to buy kits to build with lavenders...

Excellent comparison. Thank you!
I don't know man, his voice sounding pretty good compared to every other switch
*sniff sniff* do I smell
*sniffs more intensely* a SIMP?
Idk if u read old comments but the journey has begun, after solid review and “intense research” at 4am I think I’m going linear!
Oh yeah these vids and reviews are insane they help soooooo much
happy to hear it!
Love your hilarious intro. And it's refreshing to see a reviewer with otaku background. Keep it up.
Thanks for all you do. It helps fill the void while waiting for shipping from CNA.

really good video, it helped me a lot with choosing linears for my new build. One thing to note is that your voice sounds like you’re about to cry
Yooo ur vids are so niceee! Keep it up brother !!!!
Dude props for doing all this work
Rising keyboards channel. Real good videos🔥🔥 keep it up shoobs👌
You earned a new subscriber. You had me at your timestamps!
holy crap this is amazing, thanks for the video !
I’ve been needing this
that long okayu tho
I see you are a man of culture sir
Whoa this video is probably best recommendation from TH-cam yet. Instantly subbed. The sound test was so helpful! Imo Lavender sounds the best. Maybe explore tactile land now?
Thsi is probably the best switch comparison vide i have ever seen
Patiently waiting for my lavenders!! I’m so excited! 😭
This video is helpful to me. Thanks!
Previously i bought creams cuz of the hype but i quickly realised how scratchy they are, even after breaking them in stock. Wish i had seen a video like this before making my purchase decision as I don't have so much money to try all the switches for myself. Thanks for the great vid!
Also where do you get the UHMWPE stems from?
@@oikauapa the ones I'm using are from 415 Keys!
@@ShoobsTube thank you! have a great day man!
the lavenders, marshmallows, alpaca v2s, and creampacas sound the nicest in my opinion!! thanks for this v informational vid!!
I've been loving your videos.
awesome video & uploads, very underrated
What a godly saint the man the myth shoobs is
2 minutes into the video, best intro to any keyboard vid
THANK YOU for switch comparisons in the SAME position on the board.
It seems that most people don't realize how much the position can affect the sound.
Nice man i followed you. The quality of this video is amazing. I managed to be your 2600th sub :) I wish you good luck with your channel!
thanks for the support!
awesome comparison
I subbed immediately after that glorious intro song
So true you got to feel it. Order some kiwis but think im gonna order some alpacas or colbalts aswell. Great content bro.
Actually helpful, thanks bro
I'm pretty happy happy with my filmed and lubed Durock L7 switches. Nice comparison.
This has been increadibly helpfull. Thank you very much. Liked and subscribed. Could you make an informative video on spring swapping and different spring offerings? I can't find a single one out there.
My favourites where Lavenders, Pom Durocks and alpacas idk why they just sounded so clean
shoobs you actually have the best vids.
What switch / keeb are you using in your intro and then when binky was listening, it's absolutely divine
The sounds for that are actually from my KBD67mkii. The intro is gat blacks on fr4 and the binky was lavs on fr4
Top tier video, I'm excited to see how big you get in just a year. Would you do another video like this for tactile switches?
coming soon, when I get a wider variety of switches in!
two minutes ago? shiiiiiiii. congrats on 2.5k btw love your content
thank you!
love to see this but with tactiles. really informative
In my opinion the lavender switches sound the nicest, I have them in my current keyboard
This is the content I was looking for
Ayyy this vid is back from the dead
I do have to say after using my unlubed Creams(a sinful experiment I know) for 6 months, they became much smoother over time, to the point of a very noticeable difference between keys like the WASD cluster(crisply smooth) and the 9, 0, O and navigation keys(still a bit crunchy), where I began to prefer them over my Tartarus Pro switches. Filming them also affected the key feel quite positively, oddly enough. Will make some switch/board reviews when i have a clean and proper setup.
I love your videos dude
Wow love your editing and good comparison. Can you do silent or tactile switch comparison next?
I want to get a more comprehensive list of tactile switches before doing a full-blown comparison. I do have a review video here: th-cam.com/video/gI_7lgsJQuU/w-d-xo.html with some comparison, however. Silents aren't really my thing, and the sound differences are not that massive since, well, they are silent so I don't think I'm going to make a video on it unfortunately.
@@ShoobsTube ahh i see. Yeah.. Not alot of people like silents. No prob. cant wait to see more of ur videos tho.
He said it! He said the thing! (2:30)
More people actually have to know this man, good work!
Hell ya shoobs this is a banger
Thanks for making this video, I've been trying to find a big Linear switch comparison video because I didn't know what ones to choose (P.S. I'm new to building keyboards.)
Edit: I decided to go with the Tangerines
I hope that one day you can spell good on the first try! Great comparison video!
The Durock POMs are very nice imo, using them in my Kara rn and I'm very happy! the pitch is just right, might swap the springs to something heavier though.
yeah is that sounds called clacks? its like whip hitting the grounds
Lavenders have such a dam POP to them. Bussin
Creams and H1s are still my top sounding switches. Can't get enough of the way they sound in my builds.
I love the sound of the lavenders! Though someone in the comments suggested Alpacas instead b/c they’re smoother. I’ve also heard Mauves are comparable. I’m looking for a deep-pitched/thocky, buttery smooth sound. I have no idea what the difference would be between smoothness/feel of Lavender vs. Alpacas vs Mauves. Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions? If I get Lavenders should I lube them?
lube any switch you buy. films them aswell if possible
if you want thock, get black inks. If you think they're too heavy you can spring swap them.
Nice video! Thanks for actually including timestamps in the description!!! I was wondering if you've ever tried the Khail Gchocs (20g low profile linear switches... Though they seem to have switched to 25g springs now)
Another Shoobs masterpiece
Great video 😌
Lavenders smooth sound and ink blacks THOCC had me drooling
Lavenders my fav lol
@@dawson_c1952 I simp for lavender, it’s got me rethinking my whole board 😩
