Gtr spark plugs do occasionally go out. Best bet, go with the HKS. It's a better plug. Also, the Z1 coil packs would be a great addition since they run hotter. Love the kit ❤
Haven’t had any issues with mine so far, but I’ll keep that in mind for whenever I need to replace my current ones. I actually have the Z1 coil packs, although I don’t think they actually offer much more benefits compared to stock.
Pretty nice video. And that car looks so sick. How much time take you to install this? Looks you have to install bigger injectors, how's the first engine startup of the day? (I'm noticing it takes a while to startup when putting bigger injectors on any car).
Thanks! It took me about 3 full days to install the kit. Yeah you’ll need at least 1050cc injectors, since the car is tuned using speed density first startups are a bit rough but eventually it picks up and idles as normal.
If you’re referring to the small supercharger belt, the easiest way that I found is to remove the tensioner pulley and then put the belt over the 2 pulleys. Then apply some pressure to the middle of the belt while you try to thread in the tensioner pulley slowly. It took me a few tries but eventually I got it.
@@Niishmoit’s the main belt that goes over the oem ones as well. What part number did they give you for the belt? I got the 90mm but the part number on their site and the one I got was completely different.
@@zekereyez I got remote tuned by him, Moncef is not a fan of Z1 so I wasn’t surprised to see him talk against the kit. He doesn’t even recommend the Rotrex supercharger but honestly I don’t see why. It is more than capable of pushing 570+ with the right setup. If you are manual, he’s always going to recommend going turbo. It is easier to make more power with turbo, but I like the linear power that the SC brings and how the power is always there, no lag.
@@NiishmoI don’t understand why people want to go turbo on these cars instead of sc :D It’s much cheaper, easier to maintain, and don’t need any special modification. And also the car feels stock, just having more power. With turbo, it’s just spinning wheels till 4th gear😃 I want to get this z1 kit on my v1 nismo too, but the shipping to europe with the taxes and everything makes it quite expensive, so I don’t know. 🙁
Was around 13k after everything. I had my gallery gaskets done and some other maintenance stuff. I will make a video breaking down the cost of everything
@@Niishmo sheeesh!! I really want to boost, but my 09 nismo z34 has some miles on it. 120k to be exact. What would you suggest, or if you can include any recommendations for high milage engines + forced induction
@@Niishmo13k! Did you opt for the z1 tuner kit or the complete kit that comes with the fuelling and tuning components? Injectors, fuel pump and tuning are all included in the complete kit. I’m guessing that 13k includes some extra work done?
I would say before you boost it, just do a compression test on your motor and have your gallery gaskets done! If compression numbers are okay and you do some maintenance I would boost on your current motor
I did get the tuner kit but I also had to buy a new clutch/flywheel, injectors, fuel pump, gallery gaskets/other maintenance, new rear tires, gauges, and then the tune itself. All that extra stuff brought me to 13k.
Assuming the higher the easier, I would say 7 if you have experience working on your own car before. Hardest part for me was cutting stuff so that the blower could sit without hitting anything. Oiling the blower before and after starting the car can be complicated too.
1st off....that is not the boring stuff! The removal is the best part!! #BIGFACTS
You did such a great job babe, it looks so cool! It’s soo fast and fun haha
Thank youuu! 🍯😘
Nice ride bro ❤ keep up the sweet content
Thank you bro!
Damn!!!! Okay papi!

Nice setup brother. I was wondering if you can let me know where you got the titanium cover on the radiator support
Thank you man! Checkout mazterpiece_automotive on Instagram!
Did you get to retain the front Nismo damper ? Thanks 🙏🏼
No I didn’t, the intercooler interfered with it
Bro went from tune to super charger in a click 😢 lmfao still gathering things over here 🙏🙏 love the color btw can’t go wrong
Appreciate it man! 💪🙏
Nice! Keep it up
Thanks man!
How did you get the belt on? Lol I’m having trouble 😭

Do u have to change the injectors or is that optional?
1000cc injectors is the minimum you should do if you plan to boost, not optional. I have ID 1050x injectors.
@@Niishmodoes it come in any off the kits
@@zychozenyeah the complete kits come with injectors and fuel pump
Nice 👌🏽
What hp package was this kit? 500 or 550?
550 tuner kit

@@Niishmowhat did he say when you brought it in? He told me I should go boosted performance instead but idk

@@Niishmo thank you I appreciate that
Not useful since you practically skipped the install.
Going step by step just isn’t realistic, video would be hours long. Z1 has a very detailed instruction manual that is 60+ pages long.
