I also bought a lavalier mic The 6 ft cord works well when I don't mind being connected.. Nobody's going to complain about the sound. You can hold them or clip them on. Those cheap mics will give you a pretty good arsenal of microphones.. And you don't need all that wireless and charging stuff.. You're holding a camera anyways who cares if you have a wire connected unless you are blogging in a really hectic place like India or people are running all over the place.. And those places you have to worry about snatch N grab and having your camera stolen.
I think the internal mic on the iPhone 13 Pro Max is better than any cheap microphone I tried, unless I wanted to do some interview style stuff, especially since I’ll lose the environmental sounds quite a bit. I think a wire going from the phone or camera to the mic isn’t great either, I wouldn’t wanna do that unless I was sitting in place the whole time or something. When I do get one I’ll go for the dji microphone as those are really great, but first I’ll get the dji camera, probably the osmo pocket 3, which also has an even better internal mic than the iPhone.
The plug-in mic is inexpensive but is much better. Your iPhone mic is not an omnidirectional mic.. You can check out modern. Millie, she goes over the equipment she is a blogger and educational. Help Those mics do help a lot. I have a pixel 7 just as advanced and it helps a lot and it is nice if you don't want to fiddle with wireless or wired mics and it is pointed at you like a microphone so it makes a huge difference. Because it swivels in your direction where you are speaking. Your sound is not bad though.

I honestly need a more lightweight umbrella, ideally foldable. I have a big one that’s so heavy I really hate to bring it with me 😩
It's better to have umbrella & hanging fan with you. Then you are ready for both situation, hot & rain. 😊
I go to putrajaya once a month for a special visa pass and the first time i was there it gave me star wars vibes as i had visited Villa Balbianello, Lake Como, Italy
Personally it’s still one of my favorite places I’ve been to in Malaysia
@@benfishermin I will visit Penang in a few weeks I live in Petaling Jaya am from Boston any watering holes you recommend?
@@tommydoherty42 I can't drink because of a health condition but Chulia Street is the big bar street, it gets pretty lively in the weekends too and looks like a good atmosphere
Cyberjaya is next door...more commercialise town..
Next time I’ll stay in cyberjaya instead so I can see in person
ioi is very crowded mall in weekend, that was the very famous mall in Malaysia.. and i think the no 1 mall..but tourist no idea about it.. only foreign student know about it 😊
For me it’s the best mall I’ve ever been to
You can get inside..
I thought I went inside, or you mean go further all the way inside?
you can buy a disposable raincoat. its thin plastic, just put it in your pocket
This is a good idea thanks
Ben,
When it rains or in a thunderstorm with lightning , you should stay away from trees. Being under a tree is the second leading cause of lightning casualties.
Try to get into a building. Neither is it safe holding an umbrella ya. Metal conducts electricity and lightning is essentially electricity
Yo Ben! comin from Miami, let me kno if ur still in Kl in three weeks!
Nice I left KL and touring around a bit then I’ll leave Malaysia for a trip, enjoy your time in KL 😁😁
@@benfishermin Np, have an awesome and safe trip bro.
Pink marble mosque
It’s nice
and soon next you need to visit federal territory mosque kuala lumpur..
True I’m gonna check it out thanks!
Pavement's, since i've been here, i havenot seen one pavement 😅 we are in Kelantan and have had no rain for two months! Desperate for rain!!
Wow two months no rain, that’s crazy, I feel like I’ve had two months only rain 😂
16:20 you came during tourist visiting time which is off the main prayer time. we have 5 daily session prayers. during that time, visiting is not allowed inside but outside main prayer hall. u can walk freely
I know, that's why I went between 2-4pm which is tourist visiting time, I'm a tourist!
@@benfishermin haha indeed, but during Friday prayers 115p-2pm, both putrajaya mosque will be full of Muslim people for prayers. During 5 sessions prayers. Usually we could see one or two full lines of people...
Ok next is wilayah Persekutuan mosque
Usually the westerner visiting Kuala Lumpur and Batu Caves..and of course Sepang (the airport) Hahaha
I thought about going to batu caves but honestly wasn’t extremely interested. I really enjoyed putrajaya!
MRT ampang park there's skate park there!
Nice I need to check this out
bro.. that’s not the prime minister’s residence.. that’s the prime minister’s office.. including all the ministers office … his residence is in Seri Perdana…. somewhere in Putrajaya too… btw actually that robe is if u’re wearing shorts or if u’re a lady not wearing hijab… the hoody for women not covering their hair.. men whether muslim or not .. covering head (wearing skullcap.. hat.. etc) is not obligatory..
Ah thanks, good to know i don’t need to cover the head next time, and I’ll wear pants instead of shorts
@@benfishermin bro.. if u happen to carry ur foldable umbrella nx time.. do put it inside a plastic bag.. so that if u’re umbrella is soaking wet frm heavy rain.. u won’t face the issue of water dripping frm ur umbrella while in mrt.. lrt.. or restaurants… n avoid wearing shoes with socks.. it’s raining constantly nowadays… wear flip flops .. unless if u’re going for jungle trekking..
there are cheap places to eat in singapore.. eg ananas cafe.. can be found near most mrt stations or those shops under the block eg like in ang mo kio … try mee kuah.. they serve spicy curry like gravy with small chunks of mutton with yellow noodles… it’s really spicy .. i know u avoid flour based stuff.. u can just try its gravy.. n singapore murtabak.. personally i like it more than malaysian one… try katong laksa too… n hainanese chicken rice.. these are some of my favourite singapore dishes.. 😅
Have you been to my hometown, Malacca (Melaka)
Not yet but eventually will visit for sure!
You will find solace there...try some of the local dishes (Herritage of the Portuguese Dutch and the Baba Nyonya )....all the best..I will be there next week
Putrajaya is a very regulated city ..if you buy a house , you cannot change the color of your house , you cannot extend the house etc .
Wow that’s a bit crazy to me 😱
@@benfishermin but you can buy a house just outside putrajaya a little bit , you will not be governed by the rules.
Go to the north if you want to avoid the rain.
Thanks which area you recommend? North such as Terengganu?
@benfishermin terengganu is not North that is east. Northern part is like penang, alor setar, langkawi or perlis. If u like island, penang and Langkawi in Kedah will be good for you. Alor setar is a small city and the oldest city in Malaysia and one of the oldest in Regions. People said only dinosaur live there. Joking. Btw im from Alor Setar city 🤪 ✨️. Alor setar have the oldest sultanate line in the world.
The minaret tower consists of five sections to symbolize the five pillars of Islam. In the original plan, there would be an elevator to take up to the top of the minaret tower but was later scrapped.
There's a closed LRT station below the mosque. It will be opened once Putrajaya's population reached a certain threshold (eg: 4 million in 2050).
2050, long time away! 😱
IoI mall is one of largest mall in Malaysia
It’s huge, nicest mall I’ve been to
13:00 you looks like honest guy. you almost there bro, keep finding the truth 👍

In malaysia you are getting sweat while walking, in us are you sweat while walking in summer?
Yea definitely but not nearly as much, it’s more humid here 😩
Malaysia is an hidden pearl, you need to keep exploring new area, it will shock you! 😏 (you need at least a bicycle to explore the Putrajaya, it is big 😂)
Great...you have wait for the mosque guide to brief on the history and Islam itself....underneath mosque also have other compartments and lake around is a manmade lake and the mosque get part of its coolness from the outlet from the lake. On the side also another Mosque which some call it the Iron mosque due to its made up of mostly of steel...
I just cant believe you can talk for hours without running out of thing to say and me listening to the whole video..😅
I remembered that one blog saying you hated the call to prayer. Still bothered by it?
I know for a fact I never said this in any of my videos so feel free to send me the link. Not sure if you're just trying to stir things up in the comments here.
@@benfishermin Dont worry I have the receipt. Your video 'Malaysia is Amazing! Will I Leave Thailand For Good?'. Scroll and see the comment section, someone commented the call for prayer through the speaker is creepy and you replied : "Yea as a non Muslim its not ideal to hear this every day even from inside the apartment "
May Allah give you hidayah.. amiin
1 hour vlog? oh wow hahaahahah
Yea this one is a bit long 😁
@@benfishermin Do you have Cameron Highlands, Genting Highlands and Perhentian Islands in your "To go" list?
Do you like durian?
Yea I love it but I have a problem with digesting sugar so I can’t really eat it 😢
For man, no need to cover your head with the hoody. Just wear the robe to cover your knees.
U should go there(the mosque) at 6am or 1.30pm, 4.30pm,7.30pm n 8.30pm.
I've seen your other videos, it's a long walk🚶🚶🚶, u should be in the marathon.
