there's now a "Plus" version of that deepcool cooler, which from what I can tell is $10 more for a 2nd fan in pull mode on the backside. Makes it look way better IMO.
I love mATX builds. Both my daughters’ and step daughters builds are mATX. All set ups are in the same room so it saves on desk space , less expensive than Itx and has a bit more expansion option. They have little Minecraft LAN parties. Good shit.
I want more mATX but both motherboard and case manufacturers categorized the form factor as purely budget options. I wish there were more mATX options in the high end.
Should be a great Skyrim build, my 3700x does fine even with the overclocked 980TI I have, and at least the 1080TI is G-sync Compatible with Freesync monitors, unlike my 980TI. I'm sure he's stoked!

G'day Brian, Really Cool present for Neil, If he enjoys adventure games like Skyrim the R7 3700X & GTX1080Ti will be great for high detail 1080p/1440p Gaming, the Deepcool case looks nice & the Glass Panel Mechanism is a lot better than the 4 Thumbscrews, but the vents in the Front Panel look a little small so some Gaming Temps would have been good
it was difficult watching this video, your camera had no stabilization at all...appreciate the content, sound is great, but maybe in the future think about using different camera or put it on a stand?

Those fans must be backwards. It looks as though you have two exhaust fans on front of case. I intake fan at back of case.

Oof, that thumbnail. My PC was never that bad, but it my cable management was pretty mediocre before I replaced my old PSU with a modular one.
Modular power supplies are right up there with SSDs as the best invention for PC builders over the past 20 years.

Personal preference, but i think deepcool air coolers are a bit ugly. Other than that this build looks great (also i am a big fan of matx)

I would have kept the original OG Be Quiet case over the Deep Cool case.
Nice system. I do prefer a full tower case though because I have massive hands and the smaller cases are hard for me to put parts into.
