Nice animation for gpu sizes , kudos ! I got this case just this month for my personal desktop ! I got it just because its cheap and pretty minimalistic. Thanks to your video , liked and subbed due to your efforts in video , cheers 🍻
I really liked the design of the deepcool 110, but after watching your video I saw that it was not the best option, thank you very much. I'm looking for some minimalist and functional m-atx alternative. could you share your opinion about the Montech Air 100?
I haven't had hands on the air 100 so I have no idea of temps but by looking at pictures of it the build quality isn't bad but not as good as the FD, Corsair, or SilverStone. So it really comes down to the price.
Montech air 100 lite has a poor construction compared to this macube, but, is much better on airflow, I had both and now I am using the Montech, around 10° less in temperatures
The only ones coming to mind are the SilverStone H1M - th-cam.com/video/q-eJ8oEXQ64/w-d-xo.html The Thermaltake S100 - th-cam.com/video/Gkb2WZx5zow/w-d-xo.html And the inwin A3 which I still need to record but I have tested.
great review. i wonder if one could achieve better results with top and rear as intake and front fans as outtake. as the top and rear dont restrict airflow as much as the frontpanel. if you wanna go harder i wonder if the plastic at the side s of the frontpannel could be cuz out without loosing stability
Having the top and rear fans as intakes would likely help the CPU temps, but would have the GPU temps be worse. Your best bet would be to run a negative pressure set up, so get 3 good fans at the rear and top set as exhaust.
Thanks for the video cause i am trying to find a case that is around $50 to house all of my old parts inside of so i could then sell it which for my in case for the CPU it would be using a 240mm AIO that would be mounted on the top.
Well I use the Molex connector in 2023 because the standard cable with the 3 pin is simply too short. My motherboard makes it even worse with one of the worst placements. So yeah, DeepCool has done an excellent job by providing a choice.
I have a RTX 3060 Ti from Zotac, Ryzen 5 3600 watercooled with an H55 from Corsair, all in the Macube 110. After running 3D Mark TimeSpy, i analyzed the graph to notice that both barely stay under 80 degrees. Which is such a waste for a CPU cooler. I would recommend this case for builds with a 3rd gen CPU and a 1660ti or something, tops 3060ti with 5th gen CPU. Anything above that and you risk thermal throttling/overheating even with a great cooler.
@@HardwareForGamers @Hardware For Gamers I agree, would have bought a better alternative, but it's too late. PC is already done. The temps I mentioned aren't too bad, but I saw a better alternative for the same price from another manufacturere right after I bought this case... Should have done my research better.
I have a Radeon 6750XT MSI Mech and a Ryzen 5600 with stock cooler and have no issues with temperatures. I added a noctua fan at the intake and have it aimed at the GPU. All good.
Bro there's no way this case can fit 360 mm radiator. I have the case, with 3 fans installed up front, I don't think there's any space left for tubes etc. Have you tried installing 360 mm rad in the front?
Thanks for doing all that testing. Just wondering what your thoughts are on using the top as an intake? (For air cooled cpu). Perhaps not ideal from a convection perspective. However the fans are not particularly effective in the front of this case...
I don't really see an issue for the CPU with having the top as intakes, however the real issue this case has is GPU temperatures and I don't see this helping with that...
@@HardwareForGamers Thanks. That explains why I got a used 110 so cheap. ... but I've only got a low power GPU, so no problems. However if I upgrade to a RX570, I'll look at installing some ducting.
@@HardwareForGamers Hi, could you specify which hardware you placed in the case that got you this temps? I would like to have a baseline to my components.. 65W TDP CPU and a 175 TDP GPU with a decent 2 fan cooler. Really appreciate it.

I agree that all cases should have some sort of mesh panels (doesn't need to be the front panel) the A3 and A5 from In Win look promising they going for a chimney effect, so bottom to top. Trying to get a review samples, so hopefully I can test them soon.
The ch370 is the better version of this with the front panel mesh and also mounting spots above the psu shroud for additional fans. Solid front panel was a bad idea. I was considering it and removing the front panel except there’s no mesh filter on this case at the front
Depends on the setup. I dont see temps over 60⁰ cpu and 70⁰ gpu on stress tests or gaming with a ryzen 4500 overclocked to 4.3ghz and a rx6600 saphire using amd overclock.
i may be boring but i love the minimalistic design, insane price too!
Yes it looks nice but temperatures will be much higher than other cases. You may want to check out the A3 from inwin.

i like the case, but the power button on top is sticking
I have a blower card, do you think that would elevate some of the issues with gpu temps? As long as it gets enough cold air?
It might, but the issue is where's it getting the cool air from.
Can you recommend some case with mini tower like this case and have better airflow whitout dust or good dust filter?

@Clxtz not inside this case. I mean, id get the box version of the cpu and see how it goes. If its bad, id get a nice air cooler around 50 bucks

No sorry I haven't installing it myself. I personally would not recommend having a rad along the front of this case do to the lack of airflow.

It shouldn't really matter.
