So true- some nights the content would literally put me to sleep lol! I didn’t realize you only have two attempts at the final course exam at the end of each course. I missed the Real Estate Practice exam by 4 questions and had to reenroll and take the course over. Now that I’m taking it over I’m gaining more understanding and knowledge so it’s working out in my favor but I was so frustrated at first. This video is validating because the information is SO dry it’s so hard to digest. Congratulations to you both for passing- I’m looking forward to the day I do as well!

I went in person classes and it was boring and the teacher by all means wasn’t the best! So most of it I had to teach myself! Taking my test next month for TN license and I can’t wait …. I think we put so much pressure on our selves and I’m an adult with jobs etc but I got flash cards everywhere! Lol 😂 I got hope

Omg you guys are spot on! I signed up for Real Estate Express back in Feb and used the money I was making from unemployment to pay for the course. And just like you guys I am currently cramming through this course, because I was in school fulltime during the spring semester, and I was just sleeping on it during the summer. Now I have just 7 weeks left to finish the RE course and I'm only up to chapter 6! 😭I got the highest package which came with the book because honestly I am a person that prefers hardcover, physical books over reading online. But I actually never use the book because I am a horrible reader and there is SO MUCH reading lol. But then I hate reading material digitally. But I actually spend most of my studying reading it on my phone, its just so much more convenient and still easy on the eyes. I read it while snuggling in bed, I read it on the train, and it's very mobile friendly. But I'm glad you mentioned that you get locked out of the course when your time expires because I still have the physical book to reference to! Everything else you mentioned is very true. The reading is dry but the quizzes are great, and the information is all reinforcing. Everything is very thorough and clear, there's just alot to take in. I also fell for the trap in the beginning of thinking you had to read through all the Articles but I def caught on soon enough that everything mentioned in them was just summarized and explained in the chapters lol So don't waste time reading them! The instructor also responded to me the next business day whenever I emailed them questions, and customer service is readily available when you call on the phone. So far I think this is a great and affordable real estate course and I would rate them 4 out of 5.

This was helpful, I came searching for reviews as I got 70% into the course and felt less confident after reading Yelp reviews. 1 star out 98 reviews, Just wish I had read them before lol. I think the most important take away is to not over work your brain, when you're tired of reading just take a break because the material is so dry you won't remember anything. It was my third attempt lol It's quite a challenging exam, but the more you fail the more likely you will pass sooner lol You study so much that everything starts to come together and you learn it well, you remember certain things like the back of your hand. I'm currently looking for a sponsoring broker now.

I just passed course 1 with an online proctor and did not even receive a downloadable Certification. Now I'm looking into the state/general exam, only to find that Real Estate Express only covers about 50% of the exam content, which is NOT passing at all. I wish they had included the content from the flash cards and practice exams in Course 1. I definitely do not recommend Real Estate Express. The customer service is always giving different information every time, instructors are distant, and the course work is extremely tedious. It is NOT WORTH THE DISCOUNT!

We signed up for the 2nd one which has exam prep - not sure which package you're referring to but maybe it varies from state to state. The books would definitely have helped! So I'm having an issue with my birth certificate and I can't renew my birth certificate or my expired passport at the moment, which means I can't make my real ID yet, and I'm 19 years old and in college. I thought according to TN law they can’t guarantee You will pass is what l read on their site under FAQ section. Florida and TN do not have the pass money back guarantee
I did the exact same. started hot and finished about 50% in the first two months then it fell off with life carrying on. found out I had a month left and now im on the final exam and cant seem to pass it. still working on it.
I had to retake the units because I didn’t pass the final exams either. I kind of wonder if this course sets you up for failure in order to get you to buy the extension time.
I don't speak English, I understand it quite a bit by reading and listening to it. I have always been interested in taking these courses but I am afraid of failing because of the language, do you think this course can help me?
Took my final and whew just barely passed. So now I’m focusing on practice tests and other places to study. Do you have any advice? I was getting 90’s on the quiz and a 94 on the practice final. When I took the final I felt good, but quickly realized there were things I just didn’t know

We bought the basic course and the practice tests - the practice tests were invaluable and probably the reason we passed the real test. It really depends on how you learn.
They say third times a charm, am officially a real estate broker 🎉🎉 for all my repeat test takers don't give up and don't be discouraged
You will pass everyone has their own season, just keep going pray and believe you will receive

I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

I'm a little skeptical because they're asking for my ssn and checking out was SO easy it almost doesnt seem real. I'd figure they'd ask for my ID but not my ssn right away??

I thought according to TN law they can’t guarantee You will pass is what l read on their site under FAQ section. Florida and TN do not have the pass money back guarantee

I did the exact same. started hot and finished about 50% in the first two months then it fell off with life carrying on. found out I had a month left and now im on the final exam and cant seem to pass it. still working on it.

I had to retake the units because I didn’t pass the final exams either. I kind of wonder if this course sets you up for failure in order to get you to buy the extension time.
@@Mala4734 We didn't love the time limit, but if you follow the course and the strategy we used, you should be just fine.
@@Mala4734 I was starting to think the same thing. 3 out of the 4 choices on ever problem are the exact same just slightly different wording
so do you have to be just on the course for the 90 hours or can u spread those hours out with the online prep as well
The course is 90 hours. Any time spent with online prep would be extra.

Took my final and whew just barely passed. So now I’m focusing on practice tests and other places to study. Do you have any advice? I was getting 90’s on the quiz and a 94 on the practice final. When I took the final I felt good, but quickly realized there were things I just didn’t know

Did you take notes as you read the material or you just read it straight through?
Im taking notes now as I'm doing the course it's a lot of writing that I'm doing but hoping it's all worth it at the end.

It just depends on how you learn. I was fine with online but had a study partner.

We bought the basic course and the practice tests - the practice tests were invaluable and probably the reason we passed the real test. It really depends on how you learn.
