It's not the right time unless you have the funds and the patience to build a clientele.....no money or very little money the first 5 years for the majority of agents.

Good thing I have photographer friends. Headshots and other similar stuff like that should be easy for them to do, and since they're friends I could probably get a discount for it too.

The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.

I’ve been in 6 months and still no transactions. I really wish I would have went with KW instead of going solo at a 100% brokerage. Oh well 🤷🏾‍♀️

How was you guys able to buy a house without a stable income? Was your main income TH-cam and that was how you was able to buy the house? For a mortgage you need two years of income or 3 years business income. Because that’s amazing that you was able to still get the house without W-2 income

Hi, I have a question regarding becoming an agent in CA. So I'm having an issue with my birth certificate and I can't renew my birth certificate or my expired passport at the moment, which means I can't make my real ID yet, and I'm 19 years old and in college. I was wondering if this will affect anything if I pass the real estate exam and licensing online?

how much flexibility does KW allow with branding and designing your own logo, cards, etc. Is it always one of their templates or can you design it as long as it has "KW" on their somewhere?

Realtors have to advertise their existence . Best place to do this are : Inside of doors of an elevator , everyone will see you when doors are closed , advertise on buses - a big mural , advertise on park benches . Knock door to door . Thank You Myra for being beautiful and intelligent .
