I'm a TN realtor as well, and Prep Agent REALLY helped me. I can totally relate to everything you guys said. My husband and I went through it together and he aced both the first try...so frustrating(LOL), but we made it!
Whew. I’m so glad now that I purchased the practice exams with my REE package. You’re 100 percent correct. After I passed the final, all my notes and course material was gone. I was kind of disappointed they did that. So now I will take your advice. Took the first practice exam and got a 73. Noticed I missed almost all the math questions. But like you said. It’s okay because they tell you why it’s wrong. Ty both for sharing. Btw I’m in Florida.

Would you say this is 12 grade level study material? Keller Williams? A friend started at KELLER WILLIAMS- they charged office fees, took 40% commissions and charged fees and never mentored/trained him. Stay clear of KW>

I always believed Real estate is not for all but studying you need God's grace to pass

Yes you're correct but remember heaven helps those who help themselves, try if you can't study then get yourself a good help
I studied for months and couldn't pass, I guess passing is a blessing
I failed 3times,I lost money to reviews and scams that never helped but the major thing is that I’ve never lost hope

Do you know of any PreLicensing Programs that are not online? Book/Paper? I did so in California and would love to do the same process in Tennessee!

I used PDH Academy and they don't give you a time requirement. You 100% can go at your own pace.
