First Time Eating Tuna Sashimi At Home

  • First and foremost, forgive the constant camera movement. Secondly, ignore my annoying lip smacking when I eat. I've eaten Sashimi at Japanese restaurants before but never tried it at home. Afraid to eat raw fish? Try freezing it first, then thawing it in the fridge until it's ready to slice. Freezing kills any bacteria or germs, reason this step is so important.       lol, thanks. This was over a year ago and I've eaten this 2 or 3 times since. Still alive with no ill effects. ;)

    Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin). Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium.
