What's not to like about living in a vintage mobile home for the past seven years? Living on my own, I have saved up enough money to purchase a brick and mortar house or a condominium, whichever and whenever I choose. Or I can travel abroad, granted this Covid-19 pandemic allows me to do so. The point is, mobile homes are definitely worth considering if you plan to save money, retire or cut down on rent or mortgage payments, especially in California where a studio apartment easily rents for over $3.5k a month (reason I moved from the Bay Area to the more affordable, but sweltering hot, Central Valley). People of all ages are minimizing and moving into their RVs, tiny homes, campers, mobile homes, cars, choosing this alternative lifestyle by choice or necessity.
Saving money is my primary and priority objective. I upload a video whenever I get the chance, no glamour, tinsel or Hollywood effects here, so please enjoy, subscribe and see you on the inside!

40+Year Old Rubber Tree
This Rubber Tree has been in the same pot for over 40+ years. Yes, I plan on repotting it, but not just yet. The former owner had it for 30+ years and gave it to me about 10 years ago. I had to carefully chop it in half when I acquired it in order for it to fit in my van. To the right of the tree is my 1.5 year old potted Mulberry Tree.

Ill stay with this theory, not all of them work, because i just bought mine off amazon and TODAY too!! I've been having severe pests issues, and i bought them today and I see them even at this time routinely !! And they are not here ! But again, I just got them today !! the box told me 1-2 weeks I may see the mice panicking, and by 3rd week they move out, and i have mine plugged into my outlets atm ! And i domt see any mice yet !! I usually see them right now too ! I am very convinced that they do work !!
I usually put a regular mouse trap (w/ a smidge of peanut butter) next to the device to see if it's working. Caught a mouse in the trap 1x but none of my car wires were chewed and the device appears more helpful than not having it.

Could you walk us through the process of getting your DD214 Apostilled?
Here in California I had my DD214 notarized first. Then I followed the instructions on the Secretary of State CA website, filled out a form and submitted both the form and notarized DD214 to their address in Sacramento. Not sure how other states work, but it should be similar to this. Let me know if you have any further questions.

You caught it, lol. Also, 85 degrees indoors with an outdoor temp over 100 suits me well since an A/C running all day costs an arm and a leg. Maybe I'll get me a mini-split one day. ;)

There are many videos on this unit but thanks for explaining the do's and don'ts as I was unaware of the pump being damaged without water. Also, drying out the water membrane for 30 minutes to prevent mold and mildew is good to know.
I have used this and the Arctic Air Ultra in my bedroom, and this unit by far is superior. The Arctic Air Ultra ($40) is only good in front of your face, whereas, the Hessier MC18 cools the entire room.
I returned my Arctic Air, useless toy.
