Easy knit baby booties in various sizes for boys and girls

- In today's tutorial we are going to knit these absolutely beautiful and easy knit baby booties for boys and girls from 3-6M. You can easily knit them smaller or bigger by simply changing your needle size and making them in the exact same way as this tutorial. Just remember these sizes are not exact they are approximate since not all babies are the same size. Thanks for watching!!!

TO MAKE SMALLER OR BIGGER
NB use 3mm knitting needles with #4, aran or #10 ply yarn
0-3M use 3.25mm knitting needles with #4, aran or #10 ply yarn
3-6M use 3.5mm knitting needles with #4, aran or #10 ply yarn
6-9M use 4mm knitting needles with #4, aran or #10 ply yarn
9-12M use 4.5mm knitting needles with #4, aran or #10 ply yarn
12-24M use 5mm knitting needles with #4, aran or #10 ply yarn
*The edging is optional but to make edging use a crochet hook in the same size or 1/2 size smaller than needles above
* I used circular knitting needles but you can used straight needles. Just make sure to knit the cuff in rows then seam booties together and then crochet the edging.
Materials used:
Baby Booties = 42g of #4 yarn

I need your help. I'm using straight needles. When you start using the magic loop, if I'm on straight needles, how many stitches do I knit and pearl? Then I turn and repeat? I'm confused on this part.

Hi I cannot find to make smaller booties
I really want to make the cute frilly part of the booties but I don't know how to crochet, I only know how to make a chain and that's it. I've tried countless times and watched endless videos to no avail I don't understand crochet unless someone physically showed me how. I only know how to knit and knit I mean knit and purl/pearl stitch and that's it 😑😔
I wish I knew a way of doing it only by knitting but alas my dreams are shattered and for not.
What you can do is ch3 and slip stitch in the next st and again ch3, slip st all around. It’s going to have a delicate scallop trim all around too.

This is really cute! I really want to make these baby booties, but towards the end you go really fast and it's a little bit hard to follow what's going on especially for beginners 😅

@@knittingforbaby I did get the written pattern but it is even more complicated for someone with no experience than the video. Everything till the crochet part was perfectly clear, but then it went indeed way too fast and way too hard to follow for someone with no experience. Thank you for the video, of course, but I regret buying the written pattern as it wasn't helpful at all.
