I have the 2020 Avalon TRD. Best car ever. It’s very big and spacious inside. I am 6’8”. The best thing is I average 29 mpg.

Hell yeah. I just bought a 2024 Toyota Corolla and that thing is tiny. Can't wait to upgrade.

My wife has the XSE Camry that looks almost exactly like that TRD, with red interior though. Absolutely love that car and absolutely the best bang for your buck!
if they would come down 5k on the price of the TRD to 25k you would see alot more of them on the road

Jeff. Good video. I would take the Camry with the Avalon's wing. Avalon's too expensive. It's approaching recently departed Lexus GS terrotory.
Yeah that's the one thing that holds me back on the Camry is that wing spoiler. I like Avalon's better for my personality.

Toyota should of put more muscle in that camry TRD like a turbo or supercharger. Toyota lackes in performance but focuses in being the most reliable car on the road. I can't say the same about Honda's with their glass automatic transmission's.

@@zeeshanhassan8241The Camry will perform a bit better than the Avalon for a couple of reasons. First off, they have the same engine, but the camry is 200 pounds lighter so it should theoretically be faster(and it is, slightly). Second, it has a shorter wheelbase which makes it better at cornering and just more maneuverable in general.
With all that said, I still went with the Avalon because it's bigger and has more standard features. It also looks way better IMHO.
Hope Toyota makes an ultimate Camry trd PRO or Avalon trd PRO si that it can compete against the Dodge Charger hellcat

The Avalon in my opinion is sexier and classier than the Camry.
I see too many Camrys on the road. I would pick Avalon to be different, have the extra space and the sunroof.

I have the cse avalon now and i wouldn't trade it for nothing. The Horsepower, the MPG and the interior is great. I love my car! I alrrady had Camary.
Hate the Lexus grill. Hopefully it will go away but dosen't seem like it will happen soon. Camry looks way better all around.

With suv's and pickups taking over the car market it's more important than ever to pick a 5 star crash test rating vehicle.. I prefer the Avalon primarily for the ride comfort and less road noise however with the price difference Camry takes the win.

I like the Avalon. But at that price point I can't understand why it has a transverse mounted FWD drive train. This is almost a 50k car. Not a Corolla or Yaris. Make it rear wheel drive. I'll go with the Acura TLX type S for that money.

No No No! I spoke to Toyota about this before. They listened, but failed to hit the mark. Both cars need to have a much faster version than their standard 3.5L V6. 301 HP / 267 TQ? What is that? Really? They lowered the TQ by 1. These 0-60 times of 5.8 or 6 are not fast at all. The Prius can probably beat both cars up to 80mph. Why not 301 HP/301 TQ? Do better Toyota! Do faster Toyota! Redeem yourselves🤗

The Camry actually has performance upgrades to the suspension and weighs less. The Avalon is basically a sporty *looking* Avalon.
the camry nor the avalon have any power performance upgrades. the suspension is changed on both vehicles.
