Hi there, Volume Controller is only compatible with Windows right now due to how Windows' audio sub-system works. If you're on macOS, that function won't be available. The updated Stream Deck SDK with dial support is now available though, so plugins can begin implementing dials into their integrations.

How do I delete icon packs that I have downloaded, and why does the software look worse now than it did a year ago when I watch guides on how to do this?
For Photoshop I need to have a dial to do adjustments in increments of 10, then if I want press the dial and it goes back to one at a time for fine adjusting. Especially in Camera Raw
Help ... the Wavelink Plugin is not working for me at all. It doesn't show up in my list! It says it's installed and I can't uninstall it. I have upgraded to the latest versions of the Elgato software and I'm on Mac Ventura 13.4. I'm stuck because the Wavelink plugin doesn't even show up in my listing for me to control my Stream Deck +!!!

Or does just having it plugged into my pc, will it detect my headphones and mic which are also plugged into my pc? I currently have my shure mv7 plugged into my pc via usb, will the stream deck + detect it this way?

Hi, Sensitivity/Steps relates to actions that might control things like percentages or values. For example brightness on your lights or color temperature. Hotkey Actions will send that single keyboard combination. Steps or sensitivity there would depend on what the app listening to the hotkey supports. It depends on the app you're controlling in that case.
@ hi, thanks for reply. I use random apps like space engine, stellarium or mfs2024, the problem is that it takes 10-20 full rotation to go from -100 to 100 or 0 -100. For that reason is unusable. Can you add option how fast you use the dials will increment by % or number steps ect. This will open a number of opportunities. I know is only software related as I managed to achieve this with spad next but only for mfs2024, rest of apps games they don’t have this functionality.
A bit like a form of acceleration? We'll certainly note that idea for the future. As for it taking a long time to adjust, perhaps it has an input limit like a form of "Debouncing" where it can't accept too many inputs in too short of a time. My streamdeck plus is not working inside DaVinci resolve. I’m on Mac Sonoma running newest sd software and fw. Buttons I create to do stuff at the desktop level work fine. But no buttons created to do things inside DaVinci do anything. Is this a privacy security settings issue in Sonoma or some other issue that is not covered in your instal guides? Sideshow fx support says device is not communicating with resolve but can’t figure out why. Anyone had this issue and found a fix?

The profile, actions and icons used in the video were a bespoke setup. You can find the same icons in the "Wave Link Icons" icon pack in the Stream Deck store.
Hi T Mac, If that program has hotkey control for those sorts of controls, then Stream Deck can do it. We just happen to use Premiere Pro and Resolve here so we showed that.
Can the dials be used as rotary encoders for sim racing (brake balance, ABS, TRC, Turboboost etc.) ? If so, the customizable display above, the multipage lcd buttons and the stack function on the dials would simply make this product overtake the market of traditional buttonboxes completely, because it is 100% superior.

With no Stream Deck connected, a fresh Stream Deck app install will show a 15 key Stream Deck MK.2 layout. It sounds like your Stream Deck + may not be fully connecting. Try using a different port on your computer, perhaps changing from front to back or vice versa. If you are still seeing nothing, please contact our support team: e.lga.to/help

You don't need to have internet access while using Stream Deck +, but Stream Deck + requires the Stream Deck software to function.
