- An option for concealed carrying a firearm is carrying it in a fanny pack. I go over several fanny pack options, discuss some of the nuances and demonstrate live fire draws from the various fanny pack options I have.

Fanny pack tip: stuff the zipper pull that you do not intend to use into the fanny pack so that you only grab the pull that you need.

I have the Vanquest Dendrite really good fanny pack. I got the large one and can carry a G43X with a spare mag plus all the EDC stuff I used to carry in my pockets and then more
been looking for a way to conceal carry on a sport bike, i think this is worth a try.

Loving my Eberlestock fanny pack. Have a full-size M&P 2.0 with Vertx "tactigami" holster. I'm finding consistent unholstering and reholstering a breeze with this setup.
This is great. I wonder if there’s a way to modify packs to be more friendly, perhaps sewing in some Velcro along the back of the inner pocket for a holster? The only visual sign of the mod would be against the body so it wouldn’t draw attention.
Look into fanny packs with pull tabs like m-tac for example. They're basically ccw chest rigs
Great video. Fair comparison. Seen good things with the Hill People Gear Fanny pack too. Couple thoughts. First, bad guys are looking at fitness, body language and situational awareness. Gear means nothing when any clown can buy anything they want. Second, draw time is A consideration, but far from the most important one. You should be able to recognize a bad situation long before you’re a second away from needing to use deadly force. Just my 2¢
Gonna shamelessly plug a buddy of mine that makes a great ccw fanny pack for Combat Arms, very well thought out design with a quick access Velcro flap that doesn’t inhibit draw times, as well as quick access to spare mags. Check ‘em out

What holster do you use?
Interested in Spiritus’ new larger fanny. The Eberlystock looks like it can carry a decent amount of stuff in addition to the handgun while providing good access where as with my current spiritus, it pretty much just fits the gun. Great vid with some good data 🤙
Same here. My zipper busted on the Spiritus Mk3 fanny. Prob cause I had gun, phone, and keys in the main pouch.

This is the regular size. I think the XL is just coming out.
This a good way. Draw time is not an issue if U practise.
Don't Tread on Me fanny pack. $30 on Amazon. Pull with the left hand down and across to open. Pretty nice for the cash they are asking.
I think the sub second draw is a fun range skill. In reality, unless the perpetrator's gun is to your head, it's highly unlikely. I'm sure a prosecutor would love the nonstop videos these guys post on Instagram. In my opinion, you'll hopefully take cover or conceal and then draw. But maybe this is wishful thinking. I just haven't seen this .99 second draw with rounds on target in a public setting.
With those long draw times... Covering concealments got to be part of the thought process 🤔

Yeah I got a crossbows or chest bag and it's so tactical looking I refuse to wear it except for outdoor activities. Going shopping with a tactical looking bag is stupid. Even when I conceal on body with that bag on with other devices in it. It just screams what I don't want it to scream
