Did you learn to make this cutlet from a North Indian? 😂 The way we learnt to make this from my Grandma in Kerala: only whole Peppercorns, Turmeric and Salt while pressure cooking the beef. While mixing the beef floss with mashed potatoes add pepper powder and green chillies. Pepper really is the star of the show here. Instead of frying, i put them in the oven. That also works though frying is preferable. We bread the cutlets in advance and keep them in the freezer.last easily for a week or two!
