I’ve been gaming on pc and never had an issue with WiFi. Low latency and 500mbps download with WiFi . I get a ps5 2 days ago and the WiFi is terrible. I had the same issue as you. Going wired fixed it for me.

Get mesh network router or hardwire, and make sure your router is dual band and put all T.V and kids phones on 2.4Ghz and use the 5.0Ghz for the adults, if you’re able to set up your router to prioritize gaming devices
