Never noticed the lead/bari switch in the tag before. That is just a perfect move for their voices. So much warmth, and the lightest voices on the highest parts. Perfect.
Saw these in NZ when the local chapter invited them over after they won the crown. The tag of Jeannie just floored me. I also heard them do Old Kentucky Home, but was never released. That also had an awsome tag, with more overtones than I have heard since, Yeah, lets have more from archive.
As shared prior to the convention, performances will be released on our TH-cam channel in October. From our FAQ: Q: When will the performances be available on TH-cam? A: We plan to share all contest/festival videos on the BHS TH-cam channel 3 months after the convention. Some show performances will be available sooner and some video content will be available exclusively to FloVoice viewers for 6 months following the convention. One of the best singing quartets in our history. Proud to call all 4 of them very good friends!
You weren't too shabby yourself, Kipp...lol. But they were perhaps the perfect quartet.
Currently learning this song for my quartet and wow... This is the best I've heard this song sung. Now I have something to truly strive for
I was a freshman when BHS released this footage of Second Edition. And I am still here for it!
Please stop holding out on us and just release the archive. I want the Barbershops. All the Barbershops.
Nothing beats human voices in a small ensemble. This is beautiful. Thanks to God for the human voice!
It's the ability to infinitely tune. Only string quartets approach this.
I appreciate all the Champs! These guys were Years ahead of their time.
that post was dropping your head into the softest pillow you own after a rough day. chefs kiss.

They are brothers.
Brothers. You want to make a musical empire, start them young...and have them be siblings.
That "I long" is one of the purest things I've ever heard.
I could listen to the last chord (3:31) over and over again... the quartet that got me into barbershop right here. Thank you, gentlemen!
If you don't love them, you don't like barbershop.
I'd pay a subscription to be able to access past contest footage. This is so good.
Thank you so much for posting this! This is my favorite performance of Jeanie!
Best tag ever.
Wow! That's terrific! Way to go, guys! Bravo!
The last chord almost doubled in volume. KINGS OF LOCK
Holy crow, these guys could ring a chord like no one else. Awesome!
Spectacular perfection!
Fantastic talent and the facial expressions add a humorous note!
So, so good!

Perfection.
I thought Doug was singing top tenor til I saw otherwise towards the ending tag. Excellent! 💈💈💈💈
I guess this makes up for not having the International sets up in September...
