    You just appeared on my feed so I enjoyed meeting you for the first time and seeing your Wren blouse. I too need to use three sizes but I use PDF patterns. They are designed so that each size is a layer and you can just choose your siz(es). You end up with 3 lines and it's easier to see and grade. You can print the pattern yourself in A4 or US equivalent or print AO at a print shop or specialist printer. It's really worth it!!

      Thank you! I love the sleeves on this shirt/blouse. I have seen it made in a more silky fabric, stripes were narrow. The lower sleeves piece is really more dynamic in a stripe.
