I have zero experience on sewing or making clothes, I'm SHOCKED at how easy you made it seem. I mean the patterns always scare me but you made it the simplest way possible! Thank you SO much!
I would love to see how to select fabrics for different styles, which sewing feet to use for stretchy vs lace vs silky vs velvet (for example), and how to make slits in the skirt :) I’m looking forward to the pattern tailoring! Thank you for all your efforts!!!
I second that ! Would love to see a video about fabric shopping for your patterns. I’m not too familiar with stretchy / knit fabrics and there’s so many options out there
hey guys! I wanted to make a super in depth tutorial covering just the basics (printing and assembling patterns, cutting the fabric, sewing the pieces together, choosing the right stitch etc) so my videos don't have to be repetitive, and I can focus on more interesting or intricate designs in future tutorials! Hope you like it :) Also sorry about the iffy audio quality - I need to figure out how to use a mic lol
Can you maybe make a video on your favorite places to source fabric online? :) I feel like sometimes choosing the perfect fabric within my budget makes me tired before I even start sewing lol. And shopping locally is great but it's hard when you're looking for something specific to replicate
@@en2336 yes fabric shopping can be pretty difficult! my favourite online website are minerva because they have a really wide range of fabrics that are high quality. I also like funki fabrics - they specialise in stretch fabric for sports, so their stretch fabrics are really good quality as well. But both are only based in the UK, I'm not sure about other countries! I usually order lots and lots of samples, because the fabric can often look or feel different to how it seems online. I'm also trying to learn more about technical fabric terms and specifications so I can determine how a fabric will look or feel just by reading the details online, once I have a solid grasp on that I will share it with you guys :)
Looking forward to any updates for this pattern :) A video on hemming, as well as long sleeve tops would be so amazing! Seems like you’re on a hiatus at the moment, but I can’t help but cross my fingers, haha. Hope you’re taking care of yourself 🤍 Thank you for the stunning patterns & videos!
Omg. This is the jackpot. When I dreamed of making my own dresses, this is exactly what I visualized. Plus you are absolutely gorgeous!!! I'm so inspired
I've been wanting to get into sewing and all the tutorials make it seem so difficult and I had trouble understanding what it means, so I really appreciate this video with clear instructions that seem easy enough to follow for a beginner.
This video is amazing! So comprehensive, and yet clear. I'd love a top base that is high collared and sleeveless! And maybe also one with long sleeves.
Thank you so much for this! I want to start sewing but it’s kinda difficult to find patterns that suit my style. These top/skirt combos work perfectly, though. I love the ivory-colored satin dress you showed at the end. It would be super cool if you could make a tutorial / base for that dress, too!
I was wondering if you could maybe make a more in depth video on the wine red dress? I absolutely adore it and would love to see how to adjust to get the same length as that one🥰
Love this video and that you’ve done the pattern as a collection. Can’t wait for the hemming vid and for the expanded collection, especially that second inspo pic. Been waiting a looong time for you to share that one 😁
Thank you so much for this. I bought the prettiest fabric and thought it would be such a pretty dress & one of ur patterns is the exact dress style I envisioned I’m so excited !
If there's one skill I wish I could diligently learn, it would be sewing. I WOULD LOVE to make my own clothes and turn my ideas into something tangible. When I was young, I wanted to be a fashion designer but the dream died later on, but I've noticed that there's still some little desire in me to design and learn how to make clothes. Maybe I'll do it one day. Thank you for this video, I enjoyed watching it.
U AMAZING AAAA no really you said everything perfectly, your video is made perfekt, your patterns are perfekt, u showed us process and the result- everything is just perfect im shocked how easy you made it seem! ill definitely try to do that thank you for inspiration. I wish u all the best! bye bye
It would be really good if you do the video about sewing machine. I don’t have any knowledge on this field not even the basic. I got really inspired watching your videos and want to start my sewing journey but it’s hard because I don’t even know how to use the sewing machine or any basics😢 ( I tried to watch the other tutorials video on yt yet I still don’t know how) to have video for who don’t know anything about sewing and don’t have anyone to ask. It would be really appreciated 💕
do you have another channel? if you had videos dedicated to making dupes or reviewing outfits from other places id watch. i love your channel and your asthetic. id love more videos from you!
I need a tutorial on how to make the neckline on the base 2 stay in place, so that it doesn't stretch and end up looking weird. Maybe finishing it off with a bias tape? can you make a tutorial for that?
Have you ever thought about making a subscription based for giving bigginer classes on youtube ? Just for people who want to learn more in depth and ask more questions?
Just bought this pattern. I'm so excited to start this project! Any updates on the different hems video? I'm super interested in the hem used for the coral dress!
Wow this is amazing! I already bought the pattern for that one dress but I’d love to have the bundle! Is there a discount code maybe for the bundle, because I’d essentially buy that one pattern double 🙈
We were taught to sew in high school, and I mostly took it as assignments and lots of work, but this video enlightened me 😍, your work is incredible and made me want to pick up sewing again 😇, If I may ask which sewing machine are you using and is it bulky ?
I want to make a dress similar to the wine one here, and am planning to buy the pattern. Can you please let me know how much fabric would be required for that project. Planning to get the base 2 + base 6
I have zero experience on sewing or making clothes, I'm SHOCKED at how easy you made it seem. I mean the patterns always scare me but you made it the simplest way possible! Thank you SO much!
If you bought it, can I have it ?
I actually never did :(@@RishuBhatt-e8e
I have no experience either, did you try this? I want to try it but feel scared 😂❤
@@mischkapretorius7555 I ended up never doing it 😂 but because of uni

I think fabric shopping has been the most requested video so far, so I'm gonna work on that next :) Thank you for watching!
Thank you❤❤

You could make tops with longer sleeves or off shoulder! Since it's getting colder. Or long skirts
they look stunning! And after watching, I am surprisingly confident that I can actually make them!
I love this!!! A slinky romper would be a great addition.

Same here 😂
You can totally do it! Just take your time and be patient with yourself if it doesn't turn out the way you want the first time. You got this!

I think you can! It’d just take a bit longer😅😅hand sewing
I will like to see a tutorial for the mine blue skirt.
