I find your broadcasts very interesting, and I want to study them more. To be honest, though, a problem with videos, especially without sub-titles, is that they are hard to search, scan, skim, refer back to, and are not accessible to people who are hard of hearing. Also, you are up to 30 episodes now (congratulations!) so just imagine how hard it would be for somebody coming in to catch up. So basically I'm suggesting that somehow you provide transcripts. Maybe you already do? Thanks very much for all you are doing!
Im glad I came across your videos! I will be following. I been on my own weight loss journey. for the last 3 years. I was 430 pounds, but now Im at 280. I have lost 150+ pounds thru exercise and hardwork. But I feel that I need to conquer the FOOD in order to really win this battle. I would love to attend your upcoming seminar in LAS VEGAS. Why can't people take food addiction seriously it is so frustrating
I fell of the wagon , now trying to get back to my healthy eating with no oil and no soy products .. Was tired of cooking special for me when the family want other foods .. but I will get on it again ..I got the air fryer as a gift from my son do potatoes cooked in the air fryer get crispy without the oil?

Oke yes maybe.. It was at the beginning of the video when the question came up from someone with and eating disorder. You told her to contact a doctor but i did not understand it correct..

Hey girlfriend :) Yes, I agree. Keeping that door open a little is harder than just keeping it closed. A slippery slope never works in our favor.
