Your base gasket looks like it is in backwards this will really hurt your top speed because you won’t notice it on the low end but when your motor needs all the air it can get, gasket matching can make all the difference

I have a red gas tank,red cables,a red fuel line,red fuel filter and red air filter but black exhaust and a black ported cylinder. Oh I have my sprocket painted red too. It looks pretty cool and it's easy and cheap

The best is to start from rich and step by step go down to the right mix. So, you gave me some jet calibers to start with, because like i said, i don´t want to tune a carb starting from too lean. @@barriosbuilds7688 also every single one of those cheap knock offs has atleast 1-2 gremlins youve got to figure out in case to get it working somewhat propper bad fuel flow and air leaks is usially the case,another thing might be bad jet block o-ring placement, that will drive you crazy untill you figure it out, ive once found metal shavings blocking the choke passage from the fuel bowl, another might be improper slide angle cutaway, improper jet block height or combination of bad slide and jet block fitment, improper pilot jet height improper float height and so much more

Hello is this video is old but I have kinda the same set up For your reed valve intake use 32 mm intake instead of the 19mm I have a pwk carb just put in a 132 main and it has a 32 mm idle jet The trick with the small motor big carb is you gotta baby it up to those rpm with the need at max lean You could be going faster for your weight I'm 222 max speed at 39mph now I have changed jets so max speed I'll let you know tomorrow
Found it on Amazon as a kit, Miaowa is the name of the seller. And I believe it’s just a universal one so it should fit all jugs. The holes on the reed and gasket are widened so it should be able to fit multiple jugs… the kit also comes with 32 and 40mm intake adapters. I used the 40mm one, and the carb came with a rubber adapter and I just used a hose clamp to connect the two.
Actually I watched further and noticed you did add a Base gasket only problem is you installed it backwards also head bolt torque specs are 12-13 ft lbs also if that's a pk80 with the long road you need the high hole window piston not the low hole piston that you have as it will hit your head. Btw I like the 21 mm pwk carb and that Red Nibbi air filter that you installed.
There is Mikuni clones ,the ones for around 25usd are actually unbelievable good for this price, red and black and comes in a metal box with 110+115 mains 35 and 40 pilots. I think its 105+30 pre installed. Maikuni it says on the box.

You can go up to like 12, but that is kinda too much. You seem kind of spaced, you should be more focused and pay attention to every detail. You should cover the crank case hole with some stuffing like a sock, rag, to catch anything from dropping down into the crankcase.

Yes, gasket has been fixed a long time ago. Got that many times. Didn’t mess anything up. Was a simple mistake, literally fixed right after the video… and thought I said copper, I knew it’s copper just don’t know why brass came out.
Just letting you know your carburetor's not going to be good until you drill it out need to find some videos about how to drill out that carburetor cuz it can't get the sufficient amount of gas and it's only dribbling in there you need to drill it out and you'll notice a hell of a difference
On the pkw? I want to see this video... When I drop the bowl on mine without shutting gas off first ,well its like she is trying give me a golden shower wit gas. So I gotta set flot position every time I tilt the hole setup different 😂
24:41 you have your jets backwards. The long jets are the pilot jets, the others are main jets

It bogs because of the air flow. Is a big carburetor for this motor. Best size is 21 mm carburetor with 110 main and 35 pilot
It’s different for everyone. Especially at different sea levels.

Almost looked like you bought a low low hole piston, for a short(38mm) stroke, and couldn't tell which one came out.

12-13 ft lb. hard to find a wrench that low. There is an inch pound conversion but IDK of the top of my head.
12 is 144 inch pounds just do the number times 12

The acorn nuts that secures the cylinder head should be torqued to 20 ft. lbs.

8:15 the piston is not the same one the window piston is low hole and you pistin in the motor is the hole in the middle
youre confusing the pilot and main jets. pilots are the long jets with lower numbers
The torque rating on the head bolts should be 120 inch pounds. Or between 10-12 ft-lbs
