Did you ever finish this? I did a swap on my pocket bike from that same motor to a redmax ebz7100 just because I couldn't find anything bigger for the budget I had. I tried to fit a Briggs 6.5 but it just didn't have the space and there was too much modification when the 2 stroke was almost a drop in. I'm curious if 2 stroke with a cvt is the way to go vs 4 stroke .

You don't need to replace you clutch pad basket gear.

A whole bunch of these bad bevel gears are causing problems everywhere.

Stick a penny between the gears to keep it from turning while you take the bevel gear off, never stick a fucken screwdriver in the exhaust port lol!🙄

Get a center kickstand and start it like a motorcycle. I have one like this and it works great. Get everything really straight and aligned. Thanks for the video!

great job, I prefer taking out the engine it's hard to take off but its way more easier to work on the engine after.

Any one ordering a kit go ahead and order a unaversual motor mount as well def if you have a bigger frame! Other wise its not going to fit your bike
