How is ASOs administrate to patients?

Why all of the fuss now? We routinely worked with ASO/morpholinos some 20 yrs ago in the zebrafish embryo. Yes, the concept is fine, but how are you going to deliver ASO (at high concentrations!) into every cell that need a correction within a human patient? That's the real problem.
