I have came back to this challenge so many times over the course of the last 6 years.. I found it thru do you yoga and now follow you on one bad yogi as well. Today, while doing this particular challenge.. I felt a change inside of myself.. it's hard to explain but the love I feel for my body, life, and self is now completely open. Also with help of pilates, a recover practice (Jessica Valant), it's the perfect combination, keep on moving, don't force, just believe it will improve! Now I know it works for me I want to share it, hopefully someone else can be encouraged.
Hi Erin! Glad I found you, again...I haven't done your videos for over a year!!! You are light, a breath of fresh air! The flow was a little fast for me. I kept reminding myself to be gentle with myself!!! I heard myself say NOT ANOTHER DOWNWARD DOG ERIN lol hahaa. Thanks Erin for your joy!!🙏😇
Had a busy week and missed the last few days. Also just needed to let my body recover from the first couple weeks. Definitely wasn't prepared for this challenge, but this flow is one of my favorites and perfect after a few days off. Hoping to get back on track this week. So glad I started this journey again and already feeling much stonger than I was 3 weeks ago. ❤❤
Enjoyable as always Erin, but "slow" may not be the word you're looking for. I found this to be just as fast, if not a quicker pace, than your usual video's. P.s. Nice to see another 30 day challenge from you. You were my first teacher, way before the bad yogi brand started!

If you are in pain don't hurt your body, listen to it and do the practice that feels nice and improves your feeling. Good luck!
