I've been watching your videos for a long time and I have finally made my trellis and have a few dragon fruit plants growing. What are a few dragon fruit plants that are my must haves according to your opinion?

Amazing video 👌🏾 a thought had crossed my mind. The naming, is there no possible trademark trouble? In the cannabis industry, the company Gorilla Glue had a case against the creators of the cannabis strain "Gorilla Glue #4". I believe they sued them because of the name? 🤷🏽‍♂️ Could that be a problem if your phenotypes(varieties) of pitaya get very popular?

Great videos bro...you can be a great teacher....I heard from one of the videos that ...during off season you can try spraying water from near the pot to top..thus allowing the water to fall on them for some days or so...which mimics rain...and that helps to induce flowering during off season...may be you can try that method on a plant and share the results with us....Regards from India...

Hey, Richard , I’ve been following you since I started to plant dragon fruit like two months ago, so I’m very new. I have one situation really need your help. One branch is started to rot at the bottom, it becomes yellowish and you can see the inside is watery and soft. But the branch itself is like 1 meter long and have 4/5 very healthy branches on top. What should I do? I hate to cut them into pieces to plant start from beginning. Would you please advise? Thanks so much.

There are soo many dragon fruit varieties out there that its so easy to mix things up and even mislabeled it. I got it as American Beauty from another grower but it wasn't the AB when I tried the fruit and it tasted completely different. To not confuse myself in the my garden I just renamed it what it most resembles and taste like to me.

      Sugar Dragon
      White Sapphire

@Dragon Fruit Addict In my video I stated that this variety was not created by me. It was a variety that was suppose to be American Beauty. I contacted the grower but he doesn't remember that he even gave me an AB and even got rid of that plant because he wanted space. As I tried the fruit I noticed it wasn't the same flavor profile as AB. Its Self-fertile but needs help with hand-pollinating. To not confuse myself in my own garden, I ended up renaming it to what it most resembles and taste like to me. That's how Sour Patch Watermelon came about.
