In this video, I try Edgar Valdivia's newest creation, the Asunta 5 Fire. This is the first time the fruit has been produced and it looked like a fireball on the outside, and that's why Edgar decided to call it the Asunta 5 Fire. There's not many out there, and I'm so grateful to be able to have one to try. Check out the taste test.

Do you happen to sell any cuttings of dragon fruit ? My wife loves yellow dragon fruit and I can’t find a reputable source for them anywhere. I saw on one of your videos it can take up to 7yrs for seeds to fruit. Just wondering if you sell cuttings ! Thank you.

I'm new to dragon fruit. I have purchased 2 dragon fruit at the grocery store and they have no flavor. Where can I get a dragon fruit that has flavor?
U should get cuttings from a dragon fruit collector. Most of the varieties that are available on the market are selected for long shelf life etc and not for flavor. Some varieties that I recommend are equador palora, sugar dragon, delight and Thai yellow
@saadejaaz8672 Thanks. I bought a dragon fruit plant from home depot, but it didn't have a variety name. It's big now but no flowers yet. It's in my greenhouse for the winter.
@lilycardoso4679 if it's from home depot most likely American Beauty, which is a very nice red fleshed fruit, and the plant is self fertile, it's a good beginner plant.

At the end of the video he said he got it from Edgar. The OG is retired so you probably got to be in the circle to get a cut from him.
