We’ve had 3 schnauzers.....we ❤️ them and just lost our last one who had been our baby for over 16 years. Would love to see more Peggy.

omg im scheduled to get one at the end of summer and i just cant wait i hope i get her. my first try at getting one also didnt go thru so please pray for me because this is just adorable
Peggy is adorable! I had my own called Sally, when I lived abroad and had her from the same age. She cried all through the first night and was sick too, it lasted a couple of days! The funniest thing was when she was at the age to have a collar/lead she absolutely refused to walk/even move every time she saw it as she had got so used to running around the house/garden playing. Love to see more of her!
Aww yeah Peggy definitely had those first few nights of not sleeping but now she sleeps through! We can take her out for walks from next week so im sure that will tire her out even more!! x

I have 2 miniature schnauzers that will be 12 this year, and 2 Pomeranians. One thing I wish i had done when they where Peggy's age, was take them to agility training, or regular dog training classes, as they are so smart and quite athletic. One of my schnauzers would of made a really good sniffer dog I think, he's constantly getting to handbags, for wrappers, or because he can smell tablets in there!
Aww they sound lovely!! Yes I think we are going to start puppy training classes asap. Im planning to find some and sign up this week. She has a lot of energy so I think it would help her!
The dog trainers near my folks say to train a dog in agility at a year.
AcanthaDante good advice, didn't know that, probably because their bones are still developing while their puppies so your not meant to take them on long walks either.
Exactly, though socialisation and basic training classes would be a great way to both bond with the dog and get them well balanced for the future. I'd also recommend clicker training for smart breeds of dog, it's fun and a great form of bonding time.
I got my schnauzer puppy two years ago, he was so good. Because everyone was either at work or school the only person around was my mum, so he bonded with her more than anyone else. Now he's two and still loves her the most.
I have a miniature schnauzer. Her name is Phoebe and she is two years old. She is a salt and pepper. So much fun to play with💕

I got one for Christmas in 2015 and she’s the cutest little thing ever. She’s playful and overly protective, I call her my little rat she’s the cutest little dog ever ❤️
Princess Peggy is adorable. We have a mini schnauzer about 8 years old. Has been the most well behaved dog we've ever had. Friendly ,loveable and just adorable. Enjoy her puppy time because it passes by fast.

Hi there I just watched your video. I've had miniature schnauzers for over 13 years. I had a white female named Emmy and she passed last year. Your video made me smile, she reminds me of my little girl. I now have two rambunctious male miniature schnauzers and they are wonderful!
She’s so cute! I’ve already watched this years ago, rewatching as we’re getting a mini schnauzer this year and I’m so excited. We have the breeder ready, we find out next month if her female is pregnant, and I honestly hope she has a boy pup. :)
Her females are all all spoken for if she has any, so hoping she has a boy. I could potentially have a pup April. :)
She is gorgeous. Having been a dog owner and having family dogs all my life, I have to say my miniature schnauzer Leroy is the sweetest dog I have ever owned. He has a big brother a collie/shepherd Ollie and they are the best buddies but guess who's the boss, you got it Leroy.
I realize it is 3 years now since Peggy came to live with you, but I just found you, and I feel the more we see Peggy the better. I love dogs. I have a senior, almost 14-year-old, Bichon named Haley. She came to live with us when she was 10 weeks old and we love her dearly. I love your channel and can’t wait to try some of your recipes. You are a wealth of knowledge.

My little white schnauzer passed away 3 months ago. I miss him soooo much...but, watching your little one brought back great memories!! They are such a joy!!! It would be nice to see him grow up. I vote to keep the videos coming. : )
So sorry to hear that but glad you loved seeing little Peggy! As you had a white mini Schnauzer for so long, did you find that everyone was shocked that a white mini Schnauzer exists?! They always ask if she's a different breed first!
Becky Excell...well, everyone thought he was such a handsome Westie. lolol...Spencer had floppy ears, big round expressive eyes with a cute smile when having fun...I guess the face looked like a Westie. My other Schnauzer is a Gray and White Parti color and people think he's a Jack Russell...lolol Have fun with little Peggy! She's a cutie!! : )

I’ve got a black Mini named, Heidi she’s 1.4 years old. And I’m about to get Heidi a sister Mini (Gray) named Bella in July. But yes, your pup will get sick quite a bit, as Minis have a sensitive tummy.

You will love your mini! I have two, the older is 13 and the younger is 3. Younger is a white mini schnauzer as well...very smart dogs, full of energy, very loving and quirky haha. Winston and Webster are their names.

just watched this as we have a minature schnauzer , peggy reminds me so much of our girl tilley,, ours loves jumping and when we get our phone and say selfie she stops , sits in front of the phone and poses, they are very clever dogs. . Wr learned ours to sit stay roll over , and beg withing 3 month, house trained at 10 weeks lovely lovely dogs , I have seen peggy in other videos and she is gorgeous
She is adorable! To make her feel more comfortable in the crate, put a t-shirt with your scent on it. Wrap a hot water bottle in the shirt. I’ve had eight minis over the years. Best dogs ever. I have two currently-male and female. Best of luck with your little sweetie. ❤️🐾

A good way to train her is to put a bell on your door and when she hits it you put her outside for her to go do her business. By the way she’s super cute ❤️😘😍

aww Peggy is too cute!! I worked for a lady who had a cavapoo and I was there when we picked her up as a puppy. It was tiring work at the beginning especially with the crate and the toilet training!

You can leave your tv on at night and set the sleep timer for however long you want, That relaxes my Chopper. He is a scnazzer
I'm getting a toy schnauzer puppy in a few days and I have a 4 year old toy schnauzer and a yorkie. When my other schnauzer was a puppy he slept so much. However he did not sleep well in a crate. We were having the same problem as you. He would fall asleep on our laps but not in the crate. I believe this is due to the fact of them wanting warmth.

One is a kelpie/cattle dog called Maddi and another is Jack Russell/pug called Otis. They are my world. She's so cute. I lost my chihuahua of 15 years a few months ago and am getting a mini schnauzer Saturday to ease the pain of my loss. Chihuahuas and mini schnauzers are both great hypoallergenic dogs with big personalities. I hope to get another chihuahua along with my new mini schnauzer.

I love hearing that! I hate that they chop body parts off of them. If removing them served a purpose I could understand that, but doing so just for pure vanity is terrible. It's forced plastic surgery on a dog 😞! They communicate with their ears & tails. Removing them would be like removing our hands and freezing our faces, it would eliminate such a big part of our body language communication! So I'm happy yours still has it's cute little ears & tail❤️ My late baby had his too. But it's hard to find a mini schnauzer puppy with them.

just watched your vid of peggy growing from 8 weeks to 6 months. so came to watch your first day. we are getting a black mini schnauzer in a few weeks and 3 weeks after that we are picking up our white one and a gray one. very excited! very nervouse LOL 3 puppys. some say we are mad! others say we are bored lol
If you have a bit of clothing that is warm or such, if your scent is on it, they tend to rest better. Toys, and giving her treats (not too many) is another good way to train them. They begin to associate the kernel with good and positive things. Then it is their chill place:) just leaving for anyone who might need to know:)

I have a min schnauzer who is 11 years old, and his formal name is Buddy Samuel Henry of Goldendale, but we call him Sam for short. He still full of energy and barks a lot, too. It has been wonderful experience for me having him with me. He is my buddy/companion. Yes, I would like to see updates of Peggy, or should we say Princess Peggy?

I have 4 dogs (Pomeranian, Yorkie, Chocolate Lab, Mini golden doodle) Me and my family are also getting a 5th dog and it's a Mini Schnauzer and were getting her in April!!! Me and my family are SO excited especially me and my older sister :)

I've had two miniature schnauzers the first one was white and she was my daughters gift from me....she was going to third grade when we got her and she lived to be 17 I think my daughter was pregnant with her first baby when we had to put her down her name was Tracy....now we have Duchess and I took her and 4 other bothers and sisters her mom was killed when they were 2wks old and raised them my self bottle-fed all five of them....they are smart and amazing to me...love the breed 💜💛💙🖤♥️
So adorable! I also have a white miniature Schnauzer named Isabella. The thing that is so very odd to me is your little girl has a tail but in America...we cut the tails off. It probably sounds bsrbaric...but they do not look normal with a long tail. Still, she is beautiful!!!
I just got my first miniature schnauzer puppy.. I got him at 7 weeks.. he is extremely tiny. Like 2lbs.. the owners are breeders and say he will get up to 12lbs. But every baby/puppy schnauzer I see is way bigger than him.. do you think I got a miniature or toy?
My female was so tiny at 10 weeks. 7 is a bit young to wean, but mine grew to be about 22 lbs. The vet told me she was in terrific shape. She was never overweight. What weight is your guy now? Not really any such thing as a true toy Schnauzer. If someone tells you there is, they might be a breeder who knows the market for tiny dogs is huge. Hope you love your guy. I had my Sugar for just shy of 15 years.

Just got our mini schnauzer two weeks ago. He's 11 weeks. Clever boy. We named him Mozart. He can walk in and out of his crate like a king to go poo and pee on his own. Correct spot BTW.. 😂😂
i have a westie, the first night she slept in baby pet bed right next to my bed (to little to jump off and back off my bed where she sleeps now) she did not whine even once, she never chewed up any thing like a house shoe or whatever, in fact when i went to get her i whispered her name i had already given her and she was the pup who jumped up in answer to her name not the other one, so i knew it was her--went on her potty pad the first day too
Fun fact: Jack Russell/ pug breeds are nick named Jugs. When they are baby’s they are called Juggles hehe ;)
