Omg girl, your speaking my language. Finally, someone talking about it! The anxiety induced insomnia is for real in my postpartum journey. This has given me relief. Im in general and very healthy person. I was feeling desparate about not getting any sleep and it was a self-fulfilling prophecy. Just knowing a bit more about whats happening and that things will eventually balance out

@@rmperez4574 I'm sorry to hear that, insomnia is really hard. What I've talked about in this video can help though it's best to work with a practitioner to get the root cause of what's driving the insomnia.

Thank you. I appreciate your kind and straightforward way of sharing this with us.
I so needed this info 7 1/2 years ago before having my first baby. I feel like though I’ve had improvements at times I’ve never really been freed from anxiety and postnatal depletion in spite of working hard to nourish and supplement, get gentle exercise, etc.
I recently discovered passionflower and will be stocking up for this postpartum in about 3 months. I am dealing with chronic fatigue, but intend to take advantage of better days to stock my freezer with easy, nourishing foods. And try to keep up my supplements like DHA which I tend to slack off on once I give birth.

Thank you for sharing and so glad you found it helpful. I'm about to have my next Bub too and it really is comforting to know there are options to help you enjoy the postpartum stage. The road back from postnatal can be long but every little effort does count so keep at it! Make it as easy as possible for yourself - quick recipes and keep focusing on supporting your nervous system. Would love to hear how you go! Michala x

I'm glad I've found your channel. I had a second child 5 months ago and I've been experiencing pp anxiety. Like you mentioned it's not spoken about it as much.

Absolutely and anxiety can easily be shrugged off as 'normal' when it shouldn't be. I hope you found this helpful and Congratulations on your second Bub.
